Signs and Symptoms
Clinical
– fever 2 – 7 days
– bleeding: uji RL(+)/spontan
– hepatomegali
– Shock

Laboratory
– Trombositopenia (<100.000 /ul) +lab
– Hemokonsentration (≥20%)
• Plasma leakage
(efusi pleura, ascites, hipoproteinemia)
• Decrease of HCT after rehydration
DSS & MOD
Severe plasma leakage leading to:
• Shock (DSS)
• Fluid accumulation with respiratory distress
Severe bleeding as evaluated by clinician
Severe organ involvement
• Liver: AST or ALT >=1000
• CNS: Impaired consciousness
• Heart and other organs
