Organisasi ?

Struktur organisasi pada dasarnya merupakan konfigurasi peran formal, prosedur, tata kelola, mekanisme
pengendalian, kewenangan,dan proses pengambilan kebijakan. Pedoman yang digunakan adalah structure
follows strategy atau struktur organisasi menyesuaikan dengan strategi yang dipilih dan diformulasikan.

sederhana.
Dengan konsep ini,perusahaan dengan struktur sederhana mengimplementasikan struktur fungsional untuk
mengkonsentrasikan usahanya baik dalam peningkatan efisiensi, operasi, dan produknya. Struktur ini
bermaksud memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengelompokkan operasinya baik ke dalam fungsi,
departemen, atau area geografis.
Dengan tujuan ketika perusahaan sampai pada tahap dewasa, perusahaan akan mencari kemungkinan untuk
mengembangkan pasar dan produknya.
