memoles mobil. Dengan menggunakan
mesin dan mata yang tepat maka kita dapat
menggunakan mesin gerinda dengan

a.Pertama tama siapkan bahan seperti balok logam.
b.Selanjutnya di cairkan di dalam tungku peleburan die casting kemudian di cairkan dengan suhu 750cc
sampai 800cc.
c.Dan kemudaian di tembakkan dengan tekanan tinggi ke dalam cetakan pola fiting lampu downlight,
hingga mengeras.
d.Kemudian di lepaskan dari cetkan fiting lampu downlight.
e.Dan kemudian di potong sisa ingotnya.
f.Langkah selanjutnya fiting lampu downlight di amplas bagian ujung luar mengunakaan amplas gerinda
hingga halus dan
g.Kemudian di amplas menggunakan amplas manual dengan amplas ukur 800.
h.Dan kemudian di kikir manual bagian lobang belakang fiting lampu downlight hingga rata.
i.Langkah selanjutnya fiting lampu downlight di amplas bagian dalam mengunakan amplas tuner ukur 900
hingga mengkilap.
