Persiapan Pemungutan Suara
Kelompok Penyelenggara Pemungutan Suara (KPPS)
Melakukan Kegiatan yang melipputi:
■ penyiapan TPS;
■ pengumuman dengan menempelkan DPT,
DPTb, daftar Pasangan Calon, dan DCT
anggota DPR, DCT anggota DPD, DCT
anggota DPRD Provinsi, dan DCT anggota
DPRD Kabupaten/Kota di TPS; dan
■ penyerahan salinan DPT dan DPTb kepada
Saksi yang hadir dan Pengawas TPS.
Selain itu :
penyampaian surat pemberitahuan
pemungutan suara kepada Pemilih; dan
pengecekan perlengkapan pemungutan
suara, dukungan perlengkapan lainnya,
dan perlengkapan pemungutan suara
lainnya.
Pasal 6
Lokasi Tempat Pemungutan Suara
Ketua KPPS menyiapkan Tempat Pemungutan Suara (TPS) :

dapat dibuat di ruang terbuka dan/atau ruang tertutup;

tidak dibuat di dalam ruangan tempat ibadah;

dibuat dengan ukuran paling kurang panjang 10 (sepuluh) meter dan lebar 8 (delapan) meter
atau dapat disesuaikan dengan kondisi setempat; dan

harus sudah selesai paling lambat 1 (satu) Hari sebelum Hari dan tanggal pemungutan suara.

■ KPPS menyusun tata letak TPS dengan mempertimbangkan kemudahan Pemilih dalam
memberikan suara serta memperhatikan alur pemberian suara oleh Pemilih.
Pasal 7
Tata Cara Pemungutan & Penghitungan
Suara
Ketua KPPS memberikan penjelasan kepada anggota KPPS mengenai:

■ tata cara pelaksanaan pemungutan dan penghitungan suara di TPS; dan

■ pembagian tugas anggota KPPS.

Penjelasan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dilaksanakan paling lambat 1 (satu) Hari
sebelum Hari dan tanggal pemungutan suara.

Pembagian tugas anggota KPPS untuk pemungutan suara ditetapkan dengan Keputusan KPU.

Pasal 9
Pengucapan Sumpah atau Janji Anggota KPPS
dan Petugas Ketertiban TPS
Dalam kegiatan pengucapan sumpah atau janji anggota KPPS dan Petugas Ketertiban
TPS, ketua KPPS memandu pengucapan sumpah atau janji anggota KPPS dan Petugas
Ketertiban TPS

Sumpah atau janji anggota KPPS dan Petugas Ketertiban TPS dilaksanakan sesuai dengan
Peraturan KPU yang mengatur mengenai pembentukan dan tata kerja badan adhoc
penyelenggara Pemilu.

Pasal 18
 Penjelasan Kepada Pemilih tentang Tata Cara
Pemberian Suara
KPPS memberikan penjelasan kepada Pemilih mengenai
tata cara pemberian suara meliputi:

■ Pemilih perlu memastikan surat suara yang diterima telah ditandatangani oleh ketua KPPS;
1 ■ pemberian suara dilakukan dengan cara mencoblos menggunakan alat untuk mencoblos pilihan yang telah
disediakan;
■ pemberian suara pada Surat Suara Presiden dan Wakil Presiden dilakukan dengan cara mencoblos pada
nomor, nama, foto Pasangan Calon, atau tanda gambar Partai Politik pengusul dalam satu kotak;
■ pemberian suara pada Surat Suara DPR, DPRD Provinsi, dan DPRD Kabupaten/Kota dilakukan dengan
cara mencoblos pada nomor atau tanda gambar Partai Politik, dan/atau nama calon anggota DPR, DPRD
Provinsi, dan DPRD Kabupaten/Kota dalam Partai Politik yang sama; dan e. pemberian suara pada Surat
Suara DPD dilakukan dengan cara mencoblos pada nomor, nama, atau foto calon dalam satu kolom calon
yang sama.

Negeri
Pemberian Suara di dalam negeri dilaksanakan untuk memilih:

Pasangan Calon;

Canggota DPR;

Canggota DPD;

Canggota DPR Provinsi;

Canggota DPR Kabupaten/Kota;
