Pada kesempatan ini, saya dan teman saya akan mempresentasikan salah satu festival yang ada

diluar negeri.

2. Kami memilih La tomatina festival yang ada dispanyol, festival itu tentang perang makanan
terbesar di dunia.

3. Festival La Tomatina adalah festival melempar tomat, Festival La Tomatina diadakan pada hari
Rabu terakhir di bulan Agustus setiap tahunnya dan diadakan tepatnya di kota Bunol, Spanyol.

4. Sejarah festival ini bermulai dari tahun 1944, Dimana beberapa orang melemparkan tomat ke
orang-orang di parade Gigantes y Cabenzudos. Kemudian ditahun berikutnya hal tersebut malah
menjadi sebuah kebiasaan yang tentu saja menjadi sebuah Festival tidak resmi dari negara
tersebut. Pada tahun 1950-an, festival ini sempat dilarang. Hingga akhirnya pada tahun 1959
festival tersebut mulai diresmikan . Setiap tahun, ribuan orang beramai-ramai datang dan
festival ini malah menjadi atraksi wisata andalan Spanyol.

5. Selama satu minggu festival ini menampilkan musik, parade, menari, dan kembang api. Pada
malam sebelum berperang tomat, peserta Festival bersaing dalam kontes memasak paella.

6. Dalam persiapan untuk La Tomatina Festival, pemilik toko menggunakan sampul plastik besar di
depan toko-toko mereka untuk melindungi mereka dari tomat. Karena, para pemilik toko tidak
ingin isi tokonya kotor dan rusak akibat terkena tomat-tomat yang dilempar oleh peserta
festival La Tomatina.

7. Di pagi hari, truk tiba, dengan membawa sekitar 125.000 kg tomat yang telah ditanam khusus
untuk festival. Tomat yang dipilih adalah yang sudah matang sehingga tomat tersebut lembut
dan tidak keras untuk mengurangi cidera para peserta. Meskipun tomat tersebut tidak enak
rasanya.

8. Perang tomat biasanya dimulai pada sekitar pukul 11: 00 dan berlangsung selama satu
jam. Suara kembang api biasanya menjadi tanda dimulainya perang tomat tersebut.

9. Sekitar 20,000-40,000 wisatawan datang untuk berperang tomat hanya untuk mengikuti dan
menyaksikan festival tersebut. Dan mengalahkan populasi kota Bunol yang hanya 9000
penduduk.

10. PERATURAN PERANG TOMAT: Peserta yang mengikuti festival disarankan memakai pelindung
untuk mata dan tidak menggunakan sendal. Benda yang dilempar hanya tomat tidak boleh yang
lain. Dan juga dilarang merobek pakaian peserta lain.

doesn't want to fill his shop soiled and damaged by the affected tomatoes-
