PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA MENTAL TERHADAP BURUH PABRIK ROKOK

ABSTRAKSI

Untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja mental terhadap buruh pabrik rokok , penelitian ini
menggunakan metode NASA-TLX yang merupakan pengukuran beban kerja subjektif
dengan prosedur rating multidimensional dengan membagi workload atas dasar rata-rata
pembenaan enam subkala . Subkala tersebut meliputi Mental Demands (MD) , Physical
Demands (PD) , Temporal Demands (TD) , Own Performance (OP) , Effort (EF) , dan
Frustation (FR) . Dari hasil analisis dengan metode NASA-TLX pada buruh pabrik rokok
bagian pelinting , rating tertinggi yaitu Own Performance (OP) bahwa tingkat keberhasilan
dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan harus sesuai target , pada buruh pabrik rokok bagian
pengemasan , rating tertinggi yaitu Effort (EF) bahwa kerja keras yang dibutuhkan untuk
menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan performansi tinggi , dan pada staff pengecekan , rating
tertinggi yaitu Effort (EF) bahwa kerja keras yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan
dengan performansi tinggi agar produk layak dan tidak ada kerusakan . Dari hasil tersebut
pada total nilai weighted workload buruh rokok bagian pelintingan yaitu 800 , buruh rokok
bagian pengemasan yaitu 740 , dan staff bagian pengecekan yaitu 1180 , untuk rata-rata
weighted workload beban kerja mental , analisis skor indikator tertinggi pada buruh rokok
bagian pelintingan mendapatkan skor 53,3 kategori tinggi , buruh rokok bagian pengemasan
mendapatkan skor 49,3 kategori agak tinggi , dan staff bagian pengecekan mendapatkan skor
78,6 kategori tinggi .

 ABSTRACT

To investigate the effect of mental workload on cigarette factory workers, this study uses the
NASA-TLX method which is a subjective workload measurement with multidimensional
rating procedure by dividing the workload on the basis of the average of six subcategories.
The subcala includes Mental Demands (MD), Physical Demands (PD), Temporal Demands
(TD), Own Performance (OP), Effort (EF), and Frustation (FR). From the results of the
analysis with NASA-TLX method on the cigarette factory worker part pelinting, the highest
rating of Own Performance (OP) that the success rate in completing the work must fit the
target, the factory workers cigarette packaging, the highest rating of Effort (EF) which is
required to complete high performance work, and on checking staff, the highest rating is
Effort (EF) that the hard work required to complete high performance work to make the
product feasible and no damage. From the results of the total weighted workload value of
cigarette worker of the rolling section is 800, the packing cigarette worker is 740, and the
checking staff is 1180, for the average weighted workload of mental workload, the highest
score analysis of the indicator on the cigarette worker of the rolling section gets the score
53,3 high category, cigarette worker of packing section get 49,3 category rather high score,
and checking staff get score 78,6 high category.
