Bagian Umum Administrasi Pemerintahan Sekretariat Kota Sungai Penuh.

Skripsi yang menggunakan metode Deskriptif Kuantitatif berjudul

“Pengaruh Kompentesi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Bagian Umum
Administrasi Pemerintahan Sekretariat Kota Sungai Penuh”, bertujuan untuk
mengetahui pengaruh kompentensi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan seberapa besar
pengaruhnya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh
kompentensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bagian Administrasi Pemerinyahan
Umum Administrasi Pemerintahan Sekretariat Kota Sungai Penuh dan
mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan
dapat digunakan sebagai masukan Untuk kompentensi dan kinerjanya. Bagi
pimpinan sebagaiacuan dalam membinadan meningkatkan kompentensi kinerja
bawahannya,Penelitian dilakukan dengan melaksankan penelitian lapangan dan
tinjuan kepustakaan dalam dalam melihat pengaruh Kompentensi terhadap
Kinerja pegawai dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya dalam menunjang peningatan
Kinerja pegawai pada Bagian Administrasi Pemerintahan Umum Sekretariat Kota
Sungai Penuh. Dengan penerepan metode ini secara mendalam untuk memperoleh
informasi yang sebanyak-banyaknya dari semua responden/informan.jumlah
informasi adalah 70 orang yang terdiri dari kepala bagian, Kepala sub Bagian dan
staf pelaksananya.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, memperlihatkan
bahwa adanya pengaruh Kompentensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Bagian
Umum Administrasi Pemerintahan Sekretariat Kota Sungai Penuh, yang
pengaruhnya sangat signifikan.Terbukti dari peolehan data melalui penyebaran
quisoner pada responden yang ada Bagian Administrasi Pemerintahan Umum
Sekretariat Kota Suangai Penuh serta dengan tinjuan pustaka.

Thesis using Quantitative Descriptive entitled “Effect On The Performance

Of Competence In The Administration Of Government Employees General
secretariat Sungai Penuh city” , aims to determine the effeck of compentence on
employee performance and how influenc.The purpose of this research is to
investigate the influence of competence on the part of the employee performance
of public Administration and the regional Secretariat Sungai Penuh City know
how big that effect. The resultes of this research can be used as input : To
incerease knowledge and awareness for employees to improve competence and
performance. For leadership as a reference in developing and inproving the
performance of subordinates competence.The study was conducted by carrying
out field research and review of literature in view compentence effect on
employee performance and how big an impacte in supporting the improvement of
employye performance on the part of the regional Secretariat of public
Administration Sungai Penuh City. With the application of this method in depth to
obtain as much information from all respondents / informants. The number of
informants are 70 people consisting of the head of section, head of section and
executive staff .Based on the recearch results obtained , showiny that the influence
of competence on employye performance on the part of the regional Secretariat of
public Administration Sungai Penuh City, the effect is very significant. Evident
from data acquisition through debloyment questionnaire respondents who are the
object of recearch is the entire existing employyee Admnitration section general
Secretariat and the Sungai Penuh City district bibliography review.
