MENGHILANGKAN ANGKA DI BELAKANG

KOMA SAAT MAIL MERGE
Kemarin dapat kendala pada saat pembuatan laporan capaian kompetensi
peserta didik kelas X yang sudah menggunakan kurikulum 2013.
Berhubung rapornya belum ada, maka dibuatkanlah Laporan Capaian
Kompetensi Sementara. Untuk memudahkan pekerjaan dibuatlah filenya
di excel dulu lalu akan di merge.

Menggunakan fasilitas merge sangat membantu dalam pengerjaan LCKS

ini. Namun setelah menggunakan fasilitas mailing, dan akan di insert
field, muncullah kendala seperti ini:

Angka dibelakang koma terlalu banyak, padahal di file excelnya cuma 2

angka di belakang koma. Maka cara untuk agar angka dibelakang koma
cuma dua, akan dilakukan cara dibawah ini:

1. Klik kanan field mergenya

2. Pilih Edit Field

3. Maka akan muncul kotak dialog seperti gambar dibawah ini, klik
tombol “field codes” samping kiri bawah

4. setelah itu tambahkan kode \#”0,00″ dibelakang kode field codesnya.

( untuk kode ini berarti akan muncul dua angka dibelakang koma). Jika 3
angka dibelakang koma ingin dimasukkan, berarti tambahkan saja 3
angka nol setelah koma.

5. Jika format penomoran angka desimalnya di excel menggunakan koma

berarti di field codesnyapun harus menggunakan koma, namun kalau
menggunakan tanda titik, maka di fields codenyapun harus menggunakan
titik.

Maaf, kalo mau tidak ada komanya gimana ya?? saya input di excel hanya
dua digit angka, tanpa koma. tapi hasil di mergenya ada 1 angka dibelakang
koma. (contoh 80 > 80.0). mohon bantuannya, trims

gan, kalo menghilangkan angka nol didepan gimana ya? misalnya 00341
menjadi 341, atau 01341 menjadi 1341. terimakasih
