Ingredients: eguipments:
1. 200 grams of rice flour 1. 1 mixing bowl
2. 1 teaspoon baking powder 2. 1 table spoon
3. 500 Ml coconut milk 3. 1 small frying fan
4. Margarine
Steps :
1. Mix coconut milk and salt in a mixing bowl
2. Add the sifted rice flour and baking powder into the bowl
3. Heat a small frying pan and spray with oil. Pour the mixture into the pan
and close with the lid.
4. Cook the mixture on the LOW HEAT until little holes appear on the top of
the mixture surface.
5. Remove it from heat. Serabi is ready to served. Enjoy it while it’s warm.
