STANDARD FUNCTION INCLUDE

In case of a power failure and the car stops between floors, on restoration of
Power-on Re-leveling power, the car will move to the nearest floor ✔
In the event of power failure, emergency lighting in the car will automatically
Emergency Car Lighting turn on. ✔
When switching from inspection mode back to normal operation, the door will
Door Safety Detector open and close to detect any obstructions. If detected the Elevator will not ✔
return to normal operation until the fault has been rectified

When the Elevator electrical safety circuit is open the Elevator will immediately
Safety Circuit Detector stop until the fault is rectified. ✔

Cancel Error-Carry If someone pushed the wrong button, just push it once more and it would be
Function cancelled. ✔

Automatic Turn Off Control panel will be turn off automatically in case there is no hall or car call to
Control Panel save energy. ✔
Fan will be turn off automatically in case there is no hall call or car call to save

CATATAN

a Bahan-bahan untuk pemasangan elevator sudah termasuk dalam penawaran tersebut.

b Barang-barang tersebut akan dipetikan khusus sesuai standard pabrik

c Jaminan atas kesalahan bahan dan pembuatan pabrik (workmanship) adalah 12 (dua belas) bulan sejak barang
dikapalkan apabila pemeliharaannya dilakukan oleh kami.

d Penawaran ini berlaku 1(satu) bulan sejak tanggal surat penawaran ini dan harus ada penegasan dari setelah
tanggal tersebut diatas.
