PENGARUH KELAS KADER TEHADAP PENGETAHUAN KADER

POSYANDU TENTANG KESEHATAN IBU HAMIL DI PUSKESMAS SASAK
KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT TAHUN 2020

ABSTRAK

Peran kader dalam menggerakkan masyarakat dapat mendorong partisipasi

aktif masyarakat untuk mengikuti kegiatan posyandu terutama ibu hamil.
Pengetahuan kader tentang kesehatan ibu hamil akan memudahkan kader
memberikan edukasi pada ibu hamil. Berdasarkan survey awal terlihat kader belum
memahami tentang kesehatan ibu hamil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah
diketahuinya pengaruh Kelas kader terhadap pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang
kesehatan ibu hamil diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Sasak Kabupaten Pasaman Barat
Tahun 2020.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain one
group design pre and post study. Peneiltian ini telah dilaksanakan di Puskesmas
Sasak Kabupaten Pasaman Barat pada bulan Juli 2020 s/d Februari tahun 2021.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kader posyandu yang telah berada di
Puskesmas Sasak tahun 2020 sebanyak 100 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak
20 orang, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tekhnik purposive sampling.
Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji Paired Sample t test dengan melaksanakan uji
normalitas terlebih dahulu menggunakan uji Shapiro wilk..
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberikan kelas kader
pengetahuan responden masih dalam kategori cukup dengan rata-rata 23,90 dan
setelah dilakukan kelas kader pengetahuan responden meningkat menjadi kategori
baik dengan nilai rata-rata 32,75. Tendapat pengaruh pemberian kelas kader terhadap
pengetahuan kader tentang kesehatan ibu hamil dengan nilai p value 0,0005.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelas kader dapat
meningkatkan pengetahuan kader tentang kesehatan ibu hamil. Diharapkan setelah
kelas kader, petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan edukasi yang berkelanjutan untuk
meningkatkan kompetensi kader tentang kesehatan khususnya ibu hamil.

ABSTRACT

The role of cadres in mobilizing the community can encourage active

community participation to participate in integrated service post activities, especially
pregnant women. Cadre knowledge about the health of pregnant women will make it
easier for cadres to provide education to pregnant women. Based on the initial survey,
the cadres did not understand the health of pregnant women. The purpose of this
study was to know The Influence of Cadre Class Toward Integrated Services Post
Cadre’s Knowledge about Pregnant Women's Health at Sasak Community Health
Center, Pasaman Barat District, 2020.
It was Quasi Experimental study with a one group design pre and post study.
This study was conducted at Sasak Community Health Center, West Pasaman
Regency on January 2020-February 2021. The population were all Integrated
Services Post cadres. By using purposive sampling technique, 20 people were chosen
as the samples. The data were analyzed by Paired Sample T-test.
The results showed that before being given a cadre class, the respondent's
knowledge was still in the sufficient category with an average of 23.90 and after the
cadre class, the knowledge of the respondents increased into a good category with an
average value of 32.75. There was the effect of giving cadre classes on cadres'
knowledge about the health of pregnant women with a p value of 0.0005.
Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the cadre class can
increase cadres’ knowledge about the health of pregnant women. It is hoped that after
the cadre class, cadres can be more active and update their knowledge about the
health of pregnant women.
