beliau menjabat sebagai Komisaris Perseroan tahun 2004-2006 dan tahun 2011-2021. Beliau
menjabat sebagai Direktur PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk dan pernah menduduki jabatan sebagai
Komisaris PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk untuk periode 1998-1999. Beliau merupakan pendiri
PT Sinar Baru Electric pada tahun 1973 yang bergerak di bidang kelistrikan.

General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT Kabelindo Murni Tbk dated May 24, 2011. Previously, he
served as the Commissioner of the Company from 2004 to 2005, based on the decision of the
Annual GMS on June 29, 2004, then as the President Commissioner of the Company in 2005–2006, based
on the outcome of the Annual GMS on June 28, 2005. He served as the Director of
PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk from 2001 to 2010 and the Commissioner of
PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk from 1998 to 1999. He was the founder of PT Sinar Baru Electric
in 1973, which was engaged in the electrical industry.
