Pembahasan Hasil Tugas Yang Lalu:

rata-rata hasil tes kepemimpinan adalah warna kuning

kuning warna politisi

biru = engingneer, perpikir pertama dan bertindak berikutnya, rasional, cocoknya untuk kepala sekolah
dan petugas pajak, focus pada pengetahuan, senang pada hal hal detil

merah = beorentasi pemimpin, focus pada manusia, lebih cocok pada HRD, kurang focus padahal hal
detil, senang sosial, parti dan dansa, perlu punya pemimpin merah pada tim anda, untuk penhembangan
sdm

warna hijau = sangat bagus untuk kepala, berfokus pada proses belajar

smk inti bisnis adalah belajar

agak berfokus pada SDM, menginspirasi, tetapi tidak sekuat merah, tidak suka orangnyang omong doing

apakah ada yang hasilnya putih

putih sangat bagus untuk membuat jaringan

sangat dinamis, sangat bagus jejaring, berani mengambil resiko

semoga bapak merefleksi diri apakan hasil warna tsb, sesuai dengan karakter bapak dan ibu

menggunakan kelebihan dan memperbaiki sifatyang kurang pas

mengapa banyak orang berwarna biru, karena aturan dan system yang ada, selain itu ada karkter
tertentu yang mempengaruhi warna

orang pemerintahan umumnya biru krn taataturan

jika pekerjaan kita berubah bias juga warnya berganti, jika dibagian kerjasama maka perlu networking,
maka jadi putih

Pros:
location close to local gov; young teachers; 25% of students are living in the school (boarding)

cons:
administrative staffs are inexperienced; lower economic level of parents; lower interest in agriculture;
low foreign language proficiency; difficult to create partnership with industry
