KOMPOSISI
Tiap 5 ml suspensi mengandung : Amoksisilin trihidrat setara
dengan Amoksisilin 125 mg

DESKRIPSI
AMOKSILAT SIRUP KERING 125 MG/5 ML adalah obat
antibiotik yang mengandung Amoxicillin. Obat ini digunakan
untuk infeksi yang disebabkan oleh strain-strain bakteri yang
peka seperti Staphylococcus bukan penghasil penisilinase.
Dalam penggunaan obat ini HARUS SESUAI DENGAN
PETUNJUK DOKTER.

INDIKASI
INFORMASI OBAT INI HANYA UNTUK KALANGAN MEDIS.
Penyakit infeksi kulit dan jaringan lunak, infeksi saluran
pernafasan, infeksi saluran genitourinari, dan gonore yang
disebabkan organisme Gram positif dan Gram Negatif yang
peka terhadap Amoxicillin.

KONTRA INDIKASI
Hipersensitivitas atau riwayat reaksi alergi berat (misalnya
anafilaksis, sindrom Stevens-Johnson) terhadap amoksisilin
atau -laktam lainnya (misalnya penisilin, sefalosporin,
karbapenem, monobaktam). Mononukleosis menular (dicurigai
atau dikonfirmasi).

EFEK SAMPING
Reaksi kepekaan seperti erythemamatous maculopapular
rashes, urtikaria, serum sickness. Reaksi kepekaan yang serius
dan fatal adalah anaphylaxis terutama terjadi pada penderita
yang hipersensitif terhadap penicillin. Gangguan saluran
pencernaan seperti mual, muntah, diare. Reaksi-reaksi
hematological ( biasanya bersifat reversibel )

ATURAN PAKAI
PENGGUNAAN OBAT INI HARUS SESUAI DENGAN
PETUNJUK DOKTER. Dewasa dan Anak 20 mg/kgBB/hari :
250-500 mg. Anak dengan BB <20 kg : 20-40 mg/kgBB dalam
2 dosis terbagi tiap 8 jam. Infeksi berat Dosis ganda. GO akut
2-3 g dosis tunggal.

PENYAJIAN
Tambahkan aqua destillata sebanyak 51 ml kedalam botol.
Kocok baik-baik hingga diperoleh suspense yang baik dan
homogeny. Setelah ditambahkan aqua destillata, suspensi tidak
boleh di simpan sampai 7 hari. Kocok dulu sebelum diminum.

COMPOSITIONS
Each 5 ml suspension contains: Amoxicillin trihydrate equivalent
to Amoxicillin 125 mL

DESCRIPTION
AMOXYLATE DRY SYRUP 125 MG/5 ML is an antibiotic drug
that contains Amoxicillin. This drug is used for infections caused
by susceptible strains of bacteria such as non-penicillinase-
producing Staphylococcus. In the use of this drug MUST
ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE DOCTOR.

INDICATIONS
THIS DRUG INFORMATION IS FOR MEDICAL ONLY. Skin
and soft tissue infections, respiratory tract infections,
genitourinary tract infections, and gonorrhea caused by Gram-
positive and Gram-negative organisms sensitive to Amoxicillin.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity or history of severe allergic reaction (eg
anaphylaxis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome) to amoxicillin or other
-lactams (eg penicillins, cephalosporins, carbapenems,
monobactams). Infectious mononucleosis (suspected or
confirmed).

ADVERSE DRUG REACTIONS

Reactions such as erythematous macular rashes, urticaria,
serum sickness. A serious and fatal anaphylactic reaction is a
reaction that occurs especially in patients who are
hypersensitive to penicillin. Digestive tract disorders such as
nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Hematologic reactions (usually
reversible)

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION

MEDICINE MUST ACCORD TO THE DOCTOR'S
INSTRUCTIONS. Adults and Children 20 mg/kg/day: 250-500
mg. Children weighing <20 kg: 20-40 mg/kg in 2 divided doses
every 8 hours. Severe infection Double dose. Acute GO 2-3 g
single dose.

PRESENTATION
Add 51 ml of aqua destillata into the bottle. shake well to obtain
a good tension and homogeneous. After adding aqua destillata,
the suspension should not be stored for up to 7 days. shake it
before drinking.
