What is offering
help or service?
OFFERING HELP/SERVICE
Offering help is a way or an expression to suggest or
offer help to someone who needs it. The purpose is to
offer assistance for someone who is doing something
politely.

There are two kinds of offering help:

❑ Informal offers are used when you talk with

someone close to you.
❑ Formal offers are used when you talk with
someone are older or whose position is higher
than you.
