Ingredients
• 150gr fillet steak • 180gr hand cut fries
• 2 half roasted tomato • Small bowl of tempura batter
• 1 portion garlic butter • Salt and pepper
• 1 table spoon vegetable oil • 1 dish of garlic butter sauce
• ¼ portion wild mushroom mix • 4 onion rings
Method
• Heat frying pan until smoking
• Put steak on small metal tray with tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic butter
• Add oil

• Cook until the colour changes (1 minute each side)
• Place pan in hot oven
• Place fries in fryer and cook for 4 minutes
• Dip onion rings in tempura batter and cook for 2 minutes then remove onion
rings and fries from fryer and put on paper towel and season with salt.
• Remove cooked steak from oven, and leave to sit for 2 minutes
• Add garlic butter to pan, add mushroom mix and roasted tomatoes

According to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) list, the species
is listed as vulnerable due to the decrease in its population.

famous for her beauty and kindness.
Raden Inu Kertapati, the Prince of Kahuripan, fell in love with her. Because he was
handsome and kind-hearted, Candra Kirana accepted his marriage proposal. Soon they
would be married.
Another princess, Galuh Ajeng, was jealous of Candra Kirana. She thought that Inu
Kertapati should marry her, so she went to see a wicked witch. She asked the witch to
curse Candra Kirana so that bad things happened to her.
The magic power of the witch made the King of Daha angry with Candra Kirana. He
thought his daughter was a bad girl. So, he ordered Candra Kirana out of the palace. Poor
Candra Kirana. She was homeless. Then the witch turned her into a golden snail.
One day, the sea brought her to the village of Dadapan. An old woman found her.
“What a beautiful snail it is!” she said. She took the snail home and put in a jar.
Miracles happened at her house from that day on. Every day there were delicious
meals on her table. “Who has cooked these?” she wondered. One day she pretended to go.
Actually, she only hid behind the door. Then she saw a big smoke came out of the jar
where she put the snail in. Then a beautiful princess came out of the smoke.
“Who are you?” asked the old woman. “I’m Princess candra Kirana,” the princess
answered. She told the woman what had happened to her.

Jasmine
The Jasmine is a very popular flower around the world especially in the tropics
because of its unique fragrance. The Jasmine is native to tropical and warm or temperate
regions of the old world.
Jasmine shrubs reach a height of 10-15 feet, growing approximately 12-24 inches
per year. Jasmine leaves are either evergreen or deciduous. A Jasmine leaf is arranged
opposite in most species. The leaf shape is simple, trifoliate or pinnate with 5-9 leaflets,
each up to two and half inches long. The Jasmine stems are slender, trailing, green,
glabrous, angled, and almost 4-sided. Most of the Jasmine species bear white flowers,
which are about 1 inch in size.
The Jasmine oil, which is a very popular fragrant oil, contains benzyl acetate,
terpinol, jasmone, benzyl benzoate, linalool, several alcohols, and other compounds. The
variety Jasminium sambac, is a clustered flower of an equally strong scent known in
Hawaii as the Pikake. The two types of Jasmine which are used for oil production are the
Jasminum grandiflorum and Jasminum officinale. The nectar of the fragrant flowers of
Carolina Jasmine, Gelsemium sempervirens, is poisonous, although its dried roots are used
as a sedative in medicinal preparations.
