ANALISIS VARIANSI

MANOVA (MULTIVARIATE ANALYSIS OF VARIANCE)

Manova merupakan uji beda varian. Jika pada anava varian

yang dibandingkan berasal dari satu variable terikat (Y), pada manova
varian yang dibandingkan lebih dari satu variable terikat Y1, Y2, Y3,
y4,….).
Contoh kasus (SOAL UAS TIK SEMESTER 2)
Suatu penelitian dengan judul PERBEDAAN KINERJA GURU DAN
PROFESIONALITAS GURU ANTARA TIPE KEPEMIMPINAN
DEMOKRATIS, PERMISIF DAN OTORITER PADA SEKOLAH
TAMAN DEWASA SE KODYA YOGYAKARTA. Adapun hipotesis
yang akan diuji adalah:
1. Ada perbedaan yang signifikan kinerja guru antara tipe

kepemimpinan demokratis, permisif, dan otoritar.

2. Ada perbedaan yang signifikan profesionalisme guru antara tipe

kepemimpinan demokratis, premisif, dan otoritar

3. Kinerja guru dengan tipe kepemimpinan demokratis lebih baik dari

tipe kepemimpinan permisif dan otoriter.

4. Profesionalisme guru dengan tipe demokratis lebih baik dari tipe

kepemimpinan permisif dan otoriter.

1. Nilai p value (Sig. Y1) = 0,423 > 0,05 maka H0 tidak ditolak. Dapat
disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan kinerja guru
antara tipe kepemimpinan demokratis, permisif, dan otoritar.
2. Nilai p value (Sig. Y2) = 0,007 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan
bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan profesionalitas guru antara tipe
kepemimpinan demokratis, permisif, dan otoritar.

Kesimpulan : Karena p value (Sig.)= 0,018 < 0.05 maka H0 tidak ditolak
sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa matriks varian/ kovarian dari variabel
dependen tidak sama.

Uji Hipotesis :
a. H0: Tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja guru (Y1) dan profesionalitas (Y2)
antarademokratis, permisif, dan otoritar.
H1: Terdapat perbedaan kinerja guru (Y1) dan profesionalitas (Y2)
antarademokratis, permisif, dan otoritar.
b. α = 0.05
c. Daerah kritis: H0 ditolak jika p value (Sig.) < 0.05
d. Statistic Uji dari tabel Multivariate Tests didapat nilai P value (sig.) = 0.000
Kesimpulan Karena p value (Sig.) < 0.05 maka H0 ditolak sehingga dapat
disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kinerja guru (Y1) dan profesionalitas guru
(Y2) antara tipe kepemimpinan demokratis (A1), permisif (A2) dan otoritar (A3).

Selanjutnya dari tabel Tests of Between-Subjects Effects, menunjukkan bahwa

1. Hubungan antara Tipe kepemimpinan (A) dengan kinerja guru (Y1) memiliki
tingkat signifikansi (sig. Y1) 0.000 <0.05. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa
terdapat perbedaan kinerja guru yang diakibatkan oleh perbedaan tipe
kepemimpinan.
2. Hubungan antara tipe kepemimpinan (A) dengan profesionalsme guru (Y2)
memiliki signifikansi (sig. Y2) 0.000 <0.05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa
terdapat perbedaan hasil profesionalisme guru yang diakibatkan oleh perbedaan
tipe kepemimpinan.

Dari tabel Multiple Comparisons menunjukkan:

1. Antara kepemimpinan demokratis (A2) dengan tipe kepemimpinan permisif
(A1) memiliki nilai Mean Difference 8.50. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa
kinerja guru (Y1) dengan tipe kepemimpinan demokratis (A2) lebih baik
daripada kinerja guru (Y1) dengan tipe kepemimpinan permisif (A1).
2. Antara tipe kepemimpinan Demokratis (A2) dengan tipe kepemimpinan
otoritar (A3) memiliki Mean Difference -147. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa

 tkinerja guru (Y1) dengan tipe kepemimpinan otoritar (A3) lebih baik dari
tipe kepemimpinan demokratis (A2).
3. Antara tipe kepemimpinan Demokratis (A2) dan tipe kepemimpinan
permisif (A1) memiliki Mean Difference -12,23. Hal ini menunjukkan
bahwa profesionalisme guru (Y2) dengan tipe kepemimpinan permisif lebih
baik daripada tipe kepemimpinan demokrats (A2).
4. Antara kepemimpinan Demokratis (A2) dan tipe kepemimpinan otoritar
(A2) memiliki Mean Difference 4,10. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa
profesionalisme guru (Y2) dengan tipe kepemimpinan Demokratis (A2)
lebih baik dari tipe kepemimpinan otoritar (A3).

KESIMPULAN DARI CONTOH KASUS (SOAL UAS)

1. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kinerja guru antara tipe
kepemimpinan demokratis, permisif, dan otoritar.
2. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan profesionalisme guru
antara tipe kepemimpinan demokratis, permisif dan otoritar.
3. Kinerja guru dengan tipe kepemimpinan demokratis lebih
baik dari tipe kepemimpinan permisif dan otoritar.
a. Kinerja guru (Y1) dengan tipe kepemimpinan demokratis
(A2) lebih baik dari tipe kepemimpinan permisif (A1).
