dan standar SDM dari program fungsi RS.

medik.

- Finalisasi kebutuhan jumlah dan jenis peralatan medik dan non medik serta kajian
prakiraan harga teknisnya.
- Menyusun dokumen pengadaan termasuk rencana kerja dan syarat-syarat
pengadaan serta metode evaluasinya.
- Menyusun tahapan pengadaan peralatan medik dan non medik sesuai program
pemungsiaan pelayanan kesehatan di RS.
 BAB I
PENDAHULUAN

Penyusunan kebutuhan peralatan medis dan non-medis merupakan tahap krusial dalam
perencanaan serta pengelolaan efektif suatu fasilitas kesehatan. Proses ini memerlukan
pemahaman mendalam akan jenis pelayanan yang akan disediakan, mempertimbangkan
kebutuhan klinis yang beragam, dan memperhitungkan standar keselamatan dan kualitas yang
tinggi. Kebutuhan peralatan medis seperti alat diagnostik, peralatan untuk perawatan pasien,
serta peralatan penunjang medis lainnya harus dipertimbangkan dengan seksama. Sementara itu,
kebutuhan non-medis seperti fasilitas infrastruktur, perangkat IT, peralatan kantor, dan fasilitas
pendukung lainnya juga memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung operasional yang lancar dan
efisien di lingkungan pelayanan kesehatan.

Penting untuk mencatat bahwa proses penyusunan kebutuhan peralatan medik dan non-
medik memerlukan kolaborasi antara berbagai departemen klinik, manajerial, dan administratif
dalam rumah sakit. Hal ini memastikan bahwa setiap peralatan yang dibutuhkan, baik medis
maupun non-medis, tidak hanya memenuhi standar klinis yang ketat, tetapi juga dapat
diintegrasikan secara efektif dalam struktur operasional dan infrastruktur rumah sakit.
Penyusunan kebutuhan ini juga harus selaras dengan visi dan misi rumah sakit dalam
memberikan layanan yang berkualitas kepada pasien, menjaga keselamatan, dan memastikan
efisiensi dalam penggunaan sumber daya yang tersedia.

Dengan pendekatan yang sistematis dan komprehensif dalam penyusunan kebutuhan peralatan
medik dan non-medik, rumah sakit dapat memastikan bahwa fasilitasnya siap untuk memberikan
pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal bagi pasien dan lingkungan kerja yang aman bagi staf medis
dan non-medis.

Jumlah/jenis peralatan medik dan non medik yang dihasilkan dari proses FGD dibuat kode
spesifikasinya dan pemaketannya agar lebih memudahkan dalam proses pengadaannya, untuk
analisa spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan oleh RS. Spesifikasi yang disusun diupayakan berupa
spesifikasi menengah. Spesifikasi tersebut dianggap cukup memadai untuk membuat prakiraan
harga teknis (Engineering Estimate) pada tahap selanjutnya. Adapun spesifikasinya adalah

PENUTUP

Pada tahap laporan akhir (final report) masterplan peralatan medik dan non medik, di sampaikan
konsep perencanaan peralatan medik dan non medik yang berisi ruang (kluster medik dan non
medik) serta penyusunan jumlah jenis peralatan medik dan non medik sesuai standar peralatan
Rumah Sakit dan ruang yang ada.

Laporan akhir ini berisi analisa-analisa kebutuhan peralatan medik dan non medik secara
konprehensif sesuai Rencana Bisnis, Studi Kelayakan, Masterplan dan Detail Engineering
Desain (DED) sebagai berikut:
1. Konsep Perencanaan Peralatan Medik dan Non Medik
2. Daftar Jumlah/Jenis Peralatan Medik dan Non Medik
3. Analisa Spesifikasi Peralatan Medik dan Non Medik
4. Analisa Estimasi Biaya (Engineering Estimate) Peralatan Medik dan Non Medik

Hasil kajian penyusunan Masterplan Peralatan Medik dan Non Medik diharapkan bermanfaat
untuk:
1. Pemenuhan kebutuhan standar peralatan medik dan non medik yang harmonis dengan
standar pelayanan, standar ruang dan standar SDM.
2. Menyiapkan kebutuhan pra instalasi dan instalasi peralatan medik dan non medik agar
harmonis dengan tahapan pembangunan fisik terutama pemasangan mekanikal dan
elektrikal.
3. Menyiapkan jumlah jenis alat, spesifikasi dan prakiraan harga teknis untuk bahan dokumen
tender bagi panitia pengadaan dan pimpinan proyek.
