Sci Club - PRAKTEK KEMAGNETAN
A. Tujuan Praktikum :
C. Cara Kerja
a. Cara Menggosok

A. Practicum Objectives:
1. Make a magnet by rubbing, induction and electric current
2. Explain the theory of making magnets by rubbing, induction and electric current
3. Answer questions related to magnetism and how to make magnets
C. How it Works
a. How to Rub
1. Prepare the tools and materials used to make magnets
2. Hold the iron/nail to be rubbed
3. Rub the iron/nail using a bar magnet in the same direction as shown in the picture
4. Hold the iron / nail that has been rubbed against the paper clip.
5. Observe what happens, then write down the results on the observation sheet!
6. Bring the sharp end of the nail closer to the compass. Observe what the compass pole is
approaching, then write down the results on the observation sheet!
7. Determine the magnetic poles formed at the ends of nails A and B with a compass, then
write down the results on the observation sheet!
b. Induction Method
1. Prepare the tools and materials used to make magnets
2. Arrange iron/nails with bar magnets and paper clips as shown in the picture.
3. Observe what happens, then write down the results on the observation sheet!
4. Bring the sharp end of the nail closer to the compass, observe what the compass pole is
approaching, then write down the results on the observation sheet!
5. Determine the magnetic poles formed at the ends of clips A and B and the ends of nails
C and D with a compass, then write down the results on the observation sheet!
