Analisis Pencapaian Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Sekolah Bumitama Di

Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Barat Dan Provinsi Riau

Penilaian kinerja merupakan program yang harus diagendakan secara rutin oleh
unit organisasi, termasuk didalamnya lembaga pendidikan. Parameter yang
digunakan akan lebih terukur dengan menerapkan Key Performance Indicator
sebagai target pencapaian kinerja suatu lembaga. Analisis terhadap pencapaian KPI
perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui gap dalam pencapaian. Penelitian ini akan
menganalisis pencapaian KPI Sekolah sebagai pertanggungjawaban kinerja dalam
operasional pendidikan. Kompetensi pengelola Sekolah dan pelaksana pendidikan
akan teruji secara periodik dengan target kinerja Sekolah yang dapat dicapai dalam
tahun berjalan. Kinerja Sekolah yang maksimal akan menghasilkan warna
pendidikan yang bermutu. Pendidikan yang inovatif akan menghasilkan lulusan
yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif diskriptif yang akan
mendikripsikan hasil analisis pencapaian KPI Sekolah dan hasil perbandingan
pencapaian KPI dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk
menjawab permasalahan tentang pencapaian KPI Sekolah dari hasil penilaian
kinerja, analisis yang sudah dilaksanakan dari hasil penilaian kinerja dan
tindaklanjut dari hasil pencapaian KPI Sekolah. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian
mengenai jarak tempuh lokasi dan kendala sinyal untuk informasi, tetap
menghasilkan dokumen, data dan pendukung dalam menyelesaikan penelitian.
Dari hasil pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahawa pencapaian KPI Sekolah
ditahun 2019 dan 2020 belum maksimal, masih berada pada pencapaian rata-rata
diangka 50%, hal ini dikarenakan, belum diadakan sosialisasi KPI yang dijadikan
target kerja, karena kondisi pandemic Covid-19 di awal tahun 2020 serta belum
diadakannya pelatihan – pelatihan untuk peningkatan kompetensi bagi para
pemangku jabatan fungsional Sekolah. Pada tahun 2021, pencapaian KPI Sekolah
meningkat dengan hasil 79,29%. Perolehan ini dikarenakan Koordinator Sekolah
mendampingi langsung dalam Pengelolaan Sekolah Simpulan penelitian
diantaranya adalah (1) Pencapaian KPI tahun 2019 dan 2020 belum maksimal
karena belum ada sosialisasi KPI, pendampingan peningkatan kompetensi, dan
kurangnya inovasi warga Sekolah. (2) belum diadakannya analisis terhadap
pencapain KPI sehingga belum ada tindak lanjut hasil pencapaian KPI. Penelitian
analisis ini dapat memberikan masukan berupa strategi yang sebaiknya diambil oleh
Yayasan sehingga hasil penilaian kinerja Sekolah ditahun berikutnya akan lebih
baik.

Analysis of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievements for Bumitama

Schools in Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan and Riau Provinces

Performance appraisal is a program that must be scheduled regularly by

organizational units, including educational institutions. The parameters used will
be more measurable by applying the Key Performance Indicator as a target for
achieving the performance of an institution. An analysis of KPI achievements needs
to be carried out to identify gaps in achievement. This study will analyze the
achievement of school KPIs as performance accountability in educational
operations. The competence of school managers and education implementers will
be tested periodically with school performance targets that can be achieved in the
current year. Maximum school performance will produce quality education.
Innovative education will produce competitive graduates. This study uses a
descriptive qualitative method which will describe the results of the analysis of
school KPI achievement and the results of comparisons of KPI achievement in the
last three years. This research was conducted to answer questions regarding the
achievement of school KPIs from the results of performance appraisals, analysis
that has been carried out from the results of performance appraisals and follow-up
on the results of achieving school KPIs. Limitations in research regarding location
distance and signal constraints for information, still produce documents, data and
support in completing research. From the results of the discussion, it was concluded
that the achievement of KPIs for schools in 2019 and 2020 has not been maximized,
it is still at an average achievement of 50%, this is because there has not been
socialization of KPIs that have become work targets, due to the conditions of the
Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020 as well as the absence of trainings to increase
competence for school functional office holders. In 2021, the school's KPI
achievement will increase with a result of 79.29%. This achievement was due to the
School Coordinator assisting directly in School Management. The conclusions of
the research include (1) KPI achievements in 2019 and 2020 have not been
maximized because there has been no socialization of KPIs, assistance for
increasing competence, and a lack of innovation by school members. (2) there has
not been an analysis of KPI achievement so that there has been no follow-up on the
results of KPI achievement. This analytical research can provide input in the form
of a strategy that should be taken by the Foundation so that the school performance
assessment results in the following year will be better..
