 SOLIDPRO
A High Strength Acrylic Polymer Coating for Concrete
And Metal

DESCRIPTION
SOLIDPRO is a single pack, solvent borne, acrylic resin
based surface sealer and dustproofer for concrete.
When applied to freshly placed concrete. SOLIDPRO
functions as a curing membrane, reducing any
tendency towards drying shrinkage cracks. At the same
time the surface becomes sealed against the ingress of
oils and many aqueous chemical and a hard wearing
floor is produced. When applied to old / aged concrete
floors, SOLIDPRO penetrates into the pore structure
thereby sealing and dust-proofing the surface. Having
excellent adhesion to concrete, SOLIDPRO allows the
application of subsequent paint / coating treatments,
thereby minimizing surface preparation requirements.

USES
As a curing and sealing treatment to new concrete and
as a sealing and / dust-proofing treatment to old
concrete, to provide a sealed and dust proof surface
with resistance to the ingress of oil and chemical
spillages. As a primer / sealer for subsequent to top
coating.
Where to Use : Industrial workshops, car parks,
warehouses, food preparation areas, garages etc.
PACKING & DOSAGE
5 liters and 20 litres in aluminium pail, coverage is very
much dependent on the porosity of the substrate. For
new concrete apply first coat at the rate of 5 m² < / litre
to eliminate the curing process 2 ~ 3 coats in
recommended to give perfect sealing / curing and
abrasion resistant for smooth old concrete surface.
Coverage will be 10 ~ 12 m² < / litre.
HOW TO USE
Surface Preparation :
A) Old concrete shall be sound and free from oil,
grease, laitance and other contaminates. Previously
applied paint or curing membrane must be
removed. Wash the floor with a detergent solution
followed by clean water, and then allow to dry prior
to sealer application.
B) Over new concrete SOLIDPRO may be applied 15
minutes after the final finish.
Application :
A) Over old concrete, apply a coat of SOLIDPRO by
brush or roller, squeegee or spray at a nominal rate
of 8 ~ 10 m² < / litre. Avoid the formation of
puddles of excess material, after a minimum period
of 12 hours a second coat shall be applied at a rate
of 12 ~ 14 m² < / litre.
B) Over new concrete apply SOLIDPRO by spray at
nominal rate of 6 ~ 8 m² < / litre. Ensure that the
material is applied evenly and avoid the formation
of puddles of excess material on the surface. In hot
or windy conditions a second coat of SOLIDPRO
should be applied on following day at a nominal
rate of 8 ~ 10 m² < / litre.
Cleaning :
Clean all equipments using thinner.

Drying / Curing :
SOLIDPRO will be tack free in 2 ~ 4 hours and hard dry
after 20 ~ 24 hours in conditions of good ventilation.
BAHAN
FILLER
A ready mixed, easy-to-use multipurpose filler specially formulated to fill cracks
and holes in single application. It has virtually no shrinkage and is smooth and
durable. It is paintable with oil and water-based paints. This water-based filler can
be cleaned up with water easily.
