Purpose of DUSTING : To clean dust and polish an object

 Equipment:
- Cotton cloth

- Bottle sprayer

 Chemical:
- Furniture polish
- Metal polish
- Glass polish
SOP:

 Clean the dust cloth first


 Fold the dust cloth into a small squere
 Spray chemical into dust cloth
 Then clean the furniture in a dockwise direction
 After everything is cleaner,dust cloth in clean
 And all tolls are returned to the store
 And finish

Purpose of MOPPING : To clean the floor

 Equipment:
- Double backet
- Mop stick
- Mop cloth
 Chemical:
- Water
- Floor cleaner

SOP:

1. Prepare the mop and double backet


2. Pour water and chemical for floor into double backet and mix use mop
3. Start mopping from the farthest area
4. Mop the floor in zig zag or overlap
5. After the entire area is finished in the mop,clean the mop and place it in the storage area

GLASS WIPPING

The purpose of glass cleaning : to clean the glass surface of water, dust, or other dirt.

 Equipment :
 Cotton cloth
 Window wiper
 Bottle sprayer
 Cleaning Agent :
 Glass cleaner

 How to work (SOP) :


Before doing glass wiping, we have pay attention the direction of sunlight and wind. Because if the sun
shines into the glass, then the chemical liquid that is sprayed will not react.
1. Prepare the equipment to clean the glass surface.
2. Spray the glass surface with chemical liquid.
3. Wipe the glass surface with window wiper from top to bottom.
4. Accommodate the water dripping with cotton cloth.
5. Repeatedly until the glass surface is clean.
6. Collect equipment, clean, dry and store it back to the equipment warehouse.

7. Make sure the room is clean
8. After the clean room check the broom and other equipment

CLEANING STAIRCASE

The purpose of cleaning staircase : to clean the staircase and make it that not slippery.
Cleaning staircase have two methode, first is brooming second is mopping.
 The equipment : 1. Brooming :
a. Broom
b. Dustpan
c. Waste basket

2. Mopping :
a. Mop
b. Bucket
c. Mop presure
d. Chemical

 How to working (SOP) :


Fist we must to preparing the equipment, and then we can start from brooming.
Brooming :
1) Left the dustpan on the floor at down of the staircase
2) Take the broom on the top of staircase
3) Start to sweep one by one of the staircase
4) Doing zigzag until find the dustpan
5) Collect the dust with dustpan
6) Throw the dust to waste basket.

Mopping :
1) Fill the bucket with some water and chemical
2) Insert the mop into the water that has been mixed floor cleaner
3) Then squeeze using hand or metallic press
4) Start mopping from the top of the stairs
5) Doing zigzag until to the bottom of the stairs
6) Once done,wash the mop and bucket
7) After finishing on the mop,check the floor is there still dirty
8) Then save all the equipment to the warehouse

MOPPING

Mopping it’s function :

Clean the floor of dirty and stains

Procedures for Mopping :

1. Prepare equipment and chemical


 Double or single bucket (recommended using double bucket for more efficient)
 Mopping stick
 Warning sign
 Chemical Liquid ( APC for all floor types )
 Fill water and Chemical liquid into the bucket with the appropriate ratio

2. SOP Mopping
 Install warning sign
 Begin from the farthest area from the door
 Perform a raised warning sign if the floor is not dry properly

3. After It Finishes
 Check the cleared area before leaving the area
 Wash and dry mop and bucket and store it in the pantry
 Place all the equipment and chemical in the pantry
