Najis Binatang

dan
Manfaat Wudhu

Moch. Soffan
Pada hari ini, Aku telah sempurnakan bagi kamu
agama kamu, dan Aku telah cukupkan kepadamu
nikmat-Ku, dan telah Ku-ridai Islam itu menjadi
agama untuk kamu.
(Q.S. al-Maidah: 3)
Surat Al-Anbiya ayat 107, Allah berfirman

“Dan tiadalah Kami mengutus


engkau (Muhammad), melainkan untuk
(menjadi) rahmat bagi semesta alam”
“Berobatlah wahai hamba Allah, karena sesungguhnya
Allah tidak meletakkan penyakit kecuali Dia
meletakkan juga obatnya, kecuali satu penyakit yang
tidak ada obatnya, yaitu penyakit tua”

(Ahmad: 114)
Pengertian Najis
• Najis adalah kotor yang menjadi sebab terhalangnya
seseorang untuk beribadah kepada Allah
• Najis adalah al-qazarah (kotoran)
• Definisi menurut syar’i
• Kotoran yang mencegah sahnya shalat (Syafi’iyah)
• Sifat hukum suatu benda yang mengharuskan seseorang tercegah
dari kebolehan melakukan shalat bila terkena atau berada di
dalamnya (Malikiyah)
Jenis Najis
Najis hakiki adalah segala kotoran yang mempunyai
zat, rasa, warna dan dan bau yang menghalangi
keabsahan shalat, istilah ini juga dapat dinamakan Najis
Lizatihi. Sedangkan najis hukmi adalah hadas kecil dan
hadas besar, yaitu sifat syar’i yang mengenai
sebahagian anggota badan atau seluruhnya dan dapat
menghilangkan kesucian atau disebut Najis Lighairihi
Fuqaha’ juga membagi najis dari segi berat ringannya.
Syafi’iyyah dan Hanabilah membagi najis dari
segi berat ringannya kepada tiga bagian, yaitu;
(1) mughallazah (najis berat) (2) mukhaffafah
(najis ringan) dan (3) Muttawasitoh (najis pertengahan)
"Fiqh expert differ opinion on the status najis of some these
things. One of them is urine, dirt, and animal residue
substances that can be consumed. Here the view of fiqh
scholars is divided into two. One view states sacred. While
other views states najis. The first view was followed by the
Maliki and Hanbali school of thought (madzhab). While
the second view is represented by Hanafi and Shafi’i school of
thought (madzhab)", (Az-Zuhayli, 1985).
The result from in vitro laboratory has proved that camel
urine as an inhibitor of cancer cells, anti-bacterial, and
anti-fungal. Until now yet research found on health tests for
people who routinely consume camel urine. Based on the study
side of fiqh, Shafi'i and Hanafi school of thought (madzhab)
regard camel urine is najis so that it should not be consumed.
According to the Hanbali school of thought (madzhab) the
camel urine is not najis because the camel is a halal animal
eaten, while the Maliki school of thought (madzhab) has the
same opinion with the Hanbali school of thought (madzhab) but
if the animal consumes something that is najis then the law of
dirt and urine becomes najis.

Transfusi Darah??
• Firman Allah dalam surah al-An’am (6) ayat 119:
• “Padahal sesungguhnya Allah telah menjelaskan kepada kamu apa
yang diharamkan-Nya atasmu, kecuali apa yang terpaksa kamu
memakannya”
• Dan kaidah fiqh yang berbunyi:
• Perkara hajat (kebutuhan) menempati posisi darurat (dalam
menetapkan hukum Islam), baik bersifat umum maupun khusus”.
• Tidak ada yang haram bila berhadapan dengan darurat dan tidak
ada yang makruh bila berhadapan dengan hajat (kebutuhan).
• Sesuatu yang dibolehkan karena keadaan darurat, (hanya
diberlakukan) untuk mengatasi kesulitan tertentu/diukur menurut
kadar kemadharatannya.

Definisi
Wudhu menurut bahasa artinya bersih, indah dan bagus.
Menurut syara’, wudhu ialah membasuh, mengalirkan
dan membersihkan dengan menggunakan air pada setiap
bagian dari anggota-anggota wudhu untuk
menghilangkan hadast kecil

American Study of 211 patients with different
inflammatory conditions in the nose including allergies:
– Patients who used nasal irrigation for the treatment of
sinonasal diseases experienced statistically significant
improvements in 23 of the 30 nasal symptoms queried.

Wudhu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas tidur
pada lansia. Basuhan air dan pemijatan saat wudhu
dapat mengurangi ketegangan otot sehingga bisa
dipakai sebagai terapi relaksasi.

Earth’s negative potential can create a stable internal
bioelectrical environment for the normal functioning of

• Most grounded subjects described symptomatic improvement


while most in the control group did not. Some subjects reported
