Skrining adalah usaha untuk mengidentifikasi penyakit

yang secara klinis belum jelas dengan menggunakan
pemeriksaan tertentu atau prosedur tertentu yang
digunakan untuk membedakan orang – orang yang
kelihatannya sehat tetapi mempunyai kemungkinan sakit
atau betul – betul sehat

PETUGAS MEDIS

 Dilakukan oleh petugas bersertifikat

 Bisa dilakukan di Penerimaan Pasien, IGD,

Poliklinik, Rawat Inap atau Permintaan
Penjemputan Ambulan

 Dilakukan dengan pengamatan visual,

triase, pemeriksaan penunjang , dan
penegakan diagnosa

 Ditetapkan sebagai pasien rawat jalan,

rawat inap, atau dirujuk
Skrining di IGD
01 Menggunakan sistem triase

02 Bersertifikat ATLS/BTCLS

Dilakukan Pemeriksaan Penunjang

03 dan diputuskan diagnosa

04 Melakukan konsultasi dengan

DPJP dan ditetapkan pasien rajal,

Skrining Permintaan Jemput Ambulan
 Tanyakan identitas lengkap dan kondisi penderita

 Konfirmasi kamar sesuai pembiayaan pasien

 Persiapkan sarana transportasi dan tenaga yang mendukung

 Lakukan skrining secara visual

 Lakukan pemeriksaan fisik dan TTV

 Koordinasikan dengan unit terkait / dokter jaga IGD / SPV

 Segera evakuasi dan kirim ke RSKU

Kriteria Umum rawat inap :

 Keadaan umum pasien , misal : tidak sadar,
disorientasi, delirium, kejang, dll
 Tanda – tanda vital
 Temuan fisik, misal : syok, trauma kepala,
perdarahan
 Laboratorium darah
 Prosedur operasi dilakukan sesuai Panduan
Praktek Klinik RSKU
 Keganasan penyakit
TRIASE
Triase adalah cara pemilahan penderita berdasarkan
kebutuhan terapi dan sumber daya yang tersedia. Triase
pertama di praktekkan sewaktu Perang Dunia I oleh
dokter Prancis yang mengobati prajurit terluka di stasiun
bantuan depan.
