 Sekolah akan di repoti dengan pengadaan vaksin.
 Bila kota Tasik sudah > 75% target vaksin anak usia 6 -11
tahun, maka sekolah bisa normal (100%)
 CGP dan CPP merupakan Program Pemerintah, maka harus
diikuti oleh semua guru
 Kurikulum Baru sudah louncing, dengan nama Kurikulum
Merdeka/Prototipe
 Daftar untuk sekolah penggerak sampai tanggal 28-2-2022
 Sekolah penggerak bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas
siswa dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun.

2022.
 Sekolah harus segera mengarsipkannya / di print
 RKA harus sesuai dengan ARKAS
 Sekolah harus segera membuat RKAS
 Sekolah harus membuat TIM BOS di sekolah
 BOS Tahun 2021 harus segera diberreskan
 BOS Tahun 2021 harus segera input ke ARKAS
 RKAS untuk bulan Januari-April harus fix
 Dana BOS untuk Tahap I sudah ada direkening sekolah
Lanjutan dari Ketua K3S
 Tahap 1 untuk bulan Januari-Maret sekolah bisa mencairkan
BOS, tapi harus sesuai dengan ketentuan TIM BOS Kota
 RKAS harus melihat Pagu 1 Tahun
 Nilai BOS Tahun 2022 adalah Rp. 910.000/siswa
 Pagu 1 Tahun SDN 3 Gunlip = Rp. 161.980.000,- siswa 178 org
 Tahap 1=30% Tahap 2 = 40% Tahap 3=30%
 Tahap 1 SDN 3 Gunlip = Rp. 48.594.000
 Maka untuk Pencairan Januari-Maret
 Harus ada sisa untuk bulan April
 Pergunakan sesuai dengan anggaran disekolah

setelahnya ada SK Guru PPPK segera membuat RKAS Perubahan
 Honor bisa diberikan bagi guru yang sudah ada dalam dapodik dan
belum memiliki NUPTK, sesuai dengan Kepres No. 24 tahun 2021
 Belanja Modal dan Buku harus melalui SIPLAH
 Pa Siswanto menginginkan dalam RKAS harus ada Lomba-lomba.
 Akan ada Supervisi Pengawas ke Sekolah tentang Adm guru dan
mengajar
 Sampel 1 Kls bawah dan 1 Kelas atas
