Latar Belakang
Tuntutan masyarakat yang berubah,
perubahan iklim, dan transisi ekologi
membuat perusahaan memodifikasi
praktik mereka untuk mengintegrasikan
kepedulian sosial dan lingkungan. Namun,
beberapa bisnis dilahirkan untuk bertahan
dan berkembang dalam perekonomian
saat ini. 
Transformasi digital dianggap penting oleh
pemimpin bisnis di Indonesia. Dalam studi
bertajuk ‘The Microsoft Asia Digital
Transformation: Enabling The Intelligent
Enterprise, sebanyak 90 persen pebisnis
di Indonesia menyatakan perlu melakukan
transformasi digital untuk mendorong
pertumbuhan perusahaan.
Namun sayangnya belum banyak yang
memiliki strategi transformasi digital
secara khusus. Hanya 27 persen
pengusaha yang telah memiliki strategi
secara menyeluruh. Mayoritas masih
merencanakan dan sisanya bahkan belum
memiliki strategi apapun.

Berdasarkan hasil data source yang di olah

dengan menggunakan vosviewer bahwasanya
service quality juga memiliki peran atau
pengaruh akan digital transformation untuk
mencapai kepuasan pelangganya sehingga
jika melihat dari beberapa sumber
bahwasanya masih sedikit atau jarang
penelitian terkait pengaruh digital
transformation dan service quality terhadap
customer satification dalam mencapai
competitive advantages
