 PENGERTIAN HAK CIPTA

Menurut Undang ­undang Hak Cipta No.19 tahun 2002 dalam pasal 1 ayat
(1) menyatakan bahwa“Hak cipta adalah hak eksklusif bagi pencipta atau
penerimaan hak untuk menggunkan atau memperbanyak ciptaanya atau
memberi izin untuk itu dengan tidak mengurangi
pembatasanpembatasan menurut peraturan perundang­perundang yang berlaku
(Suyud Margono, Hukum dan Perlindungan Hak Cipta, Pustaka Mandiri,
Jakarta,2003, h. 4)

Hak ekselusif ini maksudnya adalah bahwa tidak ada orang lain yang boleh
melakukan hak itu kecuali dengan izin pencipta. Dalam ekonomi manfaat yang
diperoleh atau dirasakan dari hasil jerih payah pecipta tadi. (Sitorus 2016)

 PENGERTIAN PROGRAM KOMPUTER

Komputer merupakan sebuah perangkat yang

digunakan untuk membantu berbagai pekerjaan manusia.
Komputer sendiri terdiri dari dua bagian utama, yaitu
hardware dan software.
Komponen hardware (perangkat keras) komputer
merupakan bagian yang terdiri dari berbagai perangkat
elektronik mulai dari layar, CPU dan keyboard dan lain
sebagainya yang dapat dilihat dan disentuh secara fisik.

 FUNGSI PROGRAM KOMPUTER

Komputer tanpa program hanya akan menjadi sebuah mesin

yang tidak berguna karena tidak bisa melakukan tugas apapun
yang diperintahkan oleh penggunanya.
Oleh sebab itu, program komputer adalah suatu hal yang
sangat penting dalam sebuah komputer karena pada dasarnya
memiliki fungsi utama sebagai alat atau media untuk dapat
mengendalikan komputer sehingga bisa digunakan untuk
mengerjakan berbagai tugas yang diinginkan oleh penggunanya.

 SISTEM OPERASI KOMPUTER
Sistem operasi pada dasarnya merupakan program komputer
kompleks yang didalamnya berisi banyak program lain yang
berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara pengguna dan komputer
yang digunakannya tersebut.
Berkat adanya sistem operasi, sebuah komputer bisa
mengoptimalkan performa dari setiap komponen yang ada
dalam komputer tersebut.

 Jaringan semantik
Jaringan semantik merupakan salah satu yang dipelajari
dalam materi Artificial Inteligence (Kecerdasan Buatan).
Jaringan semantik merupakan pengetahuan secara grafis
yang menunjukkan hubungan antar berbagai objek.
Dalam jaringan semantik terdapat gambaran pengetahuan
grafis yang menunjukkan hubungan antar berbagai objek,
terdiri dari lingkaran-lingkaran yang dihubungkan dengan anak
panah yang menunjukkan objek dan informasi tentang objek-
objek tersebut

Tujuan Dari Pembuatan Jaringan Sematik
Tujuan pembuatan jaringan semantik adalah untuk
merepresentasikan organisasi dari ide-ide dalam materi
pembelajaran agar dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat bantu
pembelajaran.
Dengan mengajak siswa menganalisis struktur ide-ide yang
dipelajari, berarti membantu kita untuk menganalisis struktur
pengetahuannya, yang akan membantunya untuk memadukan
ide baru dengan ide yang sudah ada. Sebagai hasilnya,
pengetahuan yang diperoleh lebih utuh dan dapat digunakan
dengan lebih akurat.
