1. Pengertian Rapat Bisnis
Rapat Bisnis

Rapat bisnis dapat didefinisikan sebagai bentuk

pertemuan dua orang atau lebih di suatu tempat baik di
dalam maupun di luar kantor untuk membahas hal-hal
yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan bisnis. Rapat bisnis
yang diselenggarakan di dalam perusahaan pada
umumnya membahas hal-hal yang sifatnya rutin seperti
penjualan harian/mingguan, menyiapkan
pendistribusian barang ke suatu daerah, menyiapkan

dan Non-Bisnis
Rapat Bisnis & Non-Bisnis

Salah satu faktor yang membedakan rapat bisnis & non-

bisnis adalah tujuan atau orientasi penyelenggaraan rapat.
Rapat bisnis berorientasi bisnis, non-bisnis lebih berorientasi
misalnya pada sosial kemasyarakatan, peningkatan layanan
kesehatan dll. Selain itu rapat bisnis biasanya bersifat
resmi/formal, sementara rapat non-bisnis tidak dapat berisfat
formal (jika diselenggarakan oleh instansi pemerintah) dan
non-formal (jika diselenggarakan warga/pertemuan warga).

Building Critical Skills, menyatakan bahwa sebuah rapat pada
umumnya mempunyai 6 tujuan:

▪ Penjajakan ide atau gagasan
▪ Evaluasi ide atau gagasan
▪ Pengambilan keputusan
