Case Study 2 : Preparing a Career Development Plan

Mike Scott hanya memiliki gelar sekolah menengah. Dia adalah

resepsionis di kantor pusat sebuah perusahaan besar. Dia mulai
mengambil kelas sebagai bagian dari program pendidikan orang dewasa
malam dengan harapan untuk memperbaiki dirinya sendiri. Scott
