PERTANYAAN

1. Ada apa sajakah macam gaya kepemimpinan?

Bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan ini dapat terbentuk?
2. Apakah peran kepemimpinan dalam kolaborasi
interprofesional? Strategi kepemimpinan yang
bagaimanakah yang produktif untuk tim kolaborasi
interprofesional?
3. Pendekatan leadership apakah yang tepat diterapkan
oleh Nanda di berbagai tahapan dalam kasus di atas?
Apakah alasan yang mendasarinya?
4. Di bagian manakah Nanda sebenarnya sedang
menerapkan fungsi manajemen dalam timnya? Mohon
uraikan jawaban dan alasannya.

Pendahuluan
Definisi kepemimpinan ada bermacam-macam, menurut kami,
terdapat 3 definisi:
1. Kepemimpinan didefinisikan sebagai sebuah tindakan
yang dapat mendorong atau membujuk orang lain agar
mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan (Usman, 2019).
2. Kepemimpinan (leadership) dapat dikatakan sebagai cara
seorang pemimpin dalam mengarahkan, mendorong, dan
mengatur, seluruh unsur-unsur dalam kelompok untuk
mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan dan memperolah hasil
yang maksimal.
3. Kepemimpinan adalah suatu proses dimana individu
mempengaruhi kelompok untuk mencapai suatu tujuan
(Maxwell, 1997).

Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Autokratis

Penerapan fungsi manajemen

Penerapan manajemen Nanda telah dilakukan sejak awal.

1. Nanda meminta Nora dan teman-temannya tanpa ia
ikut bekerja
2. Dia langsung menunjuk tanpa ada diskusi
3. Nanda langsung memberi tahu usulan targetnya dan
waktu pengumpulan tanpa ada ada diskusi
4. Respon dari anggota timnya sangat reaktif dan ragu
untuk memberi tahu feedbacknya

 Kesimpulan
Kepemimpinan berperan penting dalam suatu tim, terutama
tim yang berkolaborasi interprofesional. Tim yang dimana
setiap anggotanya memiliki latar belakang, tugas, dan
mindset yang berbeda. Namun, mereka harus bekerjasama

“ melengkapi satu sama lain untuk mencapai suatu tujuan,

dimana lingkungan dan keadaan sekitar yang mereka
hadapi akan terus berubah. Maka dari itu, diperlukan pula
strategi berupa Shared Leadership, yaitu berupa
kepemimpinan yang mendistribusikan tanggung jawab
kepemimpinan. Agar tiap anggota dapat merasakan beban
yang ditanggung sehingga mempererat kerjasama satu
sama lain.
