Cara Penulisan Genotip

Apabila gen-gen dominan terangkai pada satu kromosom, sedang alel-

alelnya resesip terangkai pada kromosom homolognya, maka gen-gen
dikatakan terangkai dalam keadaan Coupling Phase. Ada beberapa cara
untuk menuliskan genotipnya, ialah (AB)(ab), AB/ab, AB:ab, atau

Apabila gen dominan terangkai pada satu kromosom dengan gen resesip
yang bukan alelnya, sedang alel resesip dari gen yang disebut pertama
terangkai pada kromosom homolognya dengan alel dominan dari gen yang
disebut ke dua, maka gen-gen dikatakan terangkai dalam keadaan
Repulsion Phase. Ada beberapa cara untuk menuliskan genotipnya, ialah
(Ab)(aB), Ab/aB, Ab:aB, atau ,

Gen-gen dapat dikatakan terangkai sempurna

apabila letak gen-gen amat berdekatan satu sama
lain, sehingga diwaktu pemisahan kromosom
selama meiosis pada waktu pembentukan
gamet-gamet, gen-gen itu selalu bersama-sama
menuju ke gamet.
