1. Determinasi tanaman daun salam

3. Uji Fitokimia Flavonoid

Pembuatan ekstrak daun

salam
a. Daun salam dibersihkan lalu diiris menjadi potonganpotongan halus danmenghasilkan 350 gram
b. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan cara maserasi dengan
menggunakan etanol 96%, sampel dimaserasi dalam bekker
glass selama 5 hari dan sesekali diaduk
c. Filtrasi sebanyak 2x
d. Evaporasi menggunakan evaporator pada suhu 60c sampai
menjadi endapn yang tidak terlalu kental (Sekitar 90 menit)
e. Pengeringan dengan menggunakan waterbath.

Uji Fitokimia Flavonoid

a. Ekstrak kental etanol daun salam
ditimbang sebanyak 1 g dan
dipanaskan
b. Lapisan atas dipipet dan
ditambahkan dengan 1 tetes HCL
pekat 2N serta 0,1 serbuk Mg
c. Hasil positiv ditunjukan dengan
munculnya warna merah yang
mengindikasikan adanya senyawa
aktif flavonoid
