Ada beberapa area yang cukup
menantang untuk dilalui oleh tim marshal
sepeda motor ataupun sepeda gayung.
Di tempat-tempat tertentu Marshals akan
mengawasi dari seberang jalan.

Ada kemungkinan pelari akan diminta untuk kembali ke jalan raya melalui
jembatan-jembatan yang melintas di sepanjang rute ini. Silahkan mengikuti
arahan dari marshal di tempat

diminta melewati jembatan kecil yang
paralel dengan jembatan besar ini
Selesainya menyebrang bendungan,
pelari akan diarahkan kembali ke jalan
setapak demi keselamatan
Mandatory Equipments
BIB Number
No runners will be allowed to start
without a BIB number attached. Should
you loose your BIB number prior to the
start time and/or during the run, please
contact us immidiately and/or report to
the next nearest Check Point.
Hydration
Runners have to carry a minimum of 1,5L
at the start line, and refill at each
available official Check Points
(approximately every 15 - 17 KM)
Food
Runners may bring any kind of foods
(bars, gels, etc.). Food might be provided
at selected Check Points, however
athletes should not solely rely on this for
their fueling strategy during their run.
Flashlight
Part(s) of the event will take place during
the night and most probably with very
minimal lighting. Water resistant flashlight
is preferable to anticipate water leaking
in when raining. Please also bring some
replacement batteries.
Reflective Safety
Sign
Runners need to be clearly visible by
other road users (especially vehicles), at
all time, especially during the night. Bring
any kind of safety signs that you can
wear comfortably during the run.
Personal Medical
and/or First Aid Kit
Personal medicine (if any) is a must. The
common injury during a long distance
running is blisters and abrassions, please
bring some first aid kit to treat your
injuries before you can reach the nearest
checkpoints.

Things to Remember
Datang lebih awal ke start (jam 5 sore) untuk dapat beristirahat,
bag deposit, gear check, dll.
Bus ke CP 5 (halfway point) untuk pelari half course & relay akan
berangkat setelah start di Cirebon
