Indikasi adanya pemanasan tanpa ada efek residu.

TE1 - TE5 :
Indikasi adanya pemanasan dengan jumlah residu beragam pada retakan
batuan mulai dari minor hingga signifikan.

C1 - C5 :
Indikasi adanya pemanasan dengan jumlah residu beragam pada lubang batuan
mulai dari minor hingga signifikan.

GF1 - GF3 :
Indikasi adanya pengisian retakan batuan dengan glass / silica untuk
meningkatkan kejernihan dan ketahanan dengan proporsi mulai dari minor
hingga signifikan.

GC1 - GC3 :
Indikasi adanya pengisian lubang batuan dengan glass / silica untuk
meningkatkan kejernihan dan ketahanan dengan proporsi mulai dari minor
hingga signifikan.

F1 - F3 :
Indikasi adanya pengisian retakan batuan dengan oil / resin ( pada emerald)
untuk meningkatkan kejernihan dan ketahanan batuan dengan proporsi dari
minor hingga signifikan.

FA :
Diperlukan analisa lanjutan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya indikasi
penambahan berylium atau unsur kimia lain dari luar yang mempengaruhi
warna batuan.

DIF :
Indikasi adanya pewarnaan / penambahan fenomena dengan metode difusi
kedalam lapisan atas batuan.

CX :
Keaslian / kealamian warna tidak teridentifikasi dan / atau analisa lebih lanjut.

IMP :
Indikasi adanya pelapisan tanpa warna untuk memperbaiki permukaan batuan.
SMOKE IMPREGNATION :
Indikasi adanya penambahan kekontrasan efek warna pada batuan opal dengan
mempergelap warna dasar batuan.

SUGAR AND SMOKE :

Pewarnaan untuk menggelapkan warna latar pada opal menggunakan
pembakaran sukrosa menjadi karbon

DYE :
Indikasi adanya penambahan warna batuan dengan zat pewarna.

BE :
Indikasi adanya perbaikan warna dengan Beryllium Diffusion.

IRR :
Batuan pada umumnya mengalami expos irradiasi untuk memperbaiki warna.

IMP/ SCO / CO :
Indikasi adanya pelapisan pada permukaan batuan untuk memperkuat luster (
IMP) atau membuat efek warna ( SCO / CO) . atau dengan kata lain COATING.

JADEITE JADE
Type A : Tidak ada indikasi penambahan treatment . Biasa disebut NTE
Type B : Bleachead atau Impregnation.

Bleached : Adanya indikasi meratakan warna dan meningkatkan transparansi

dengan perendaman batu kedalam cairan asam
Type C : Adanya indikasi penambahan warna dengan metode DYE

Type B+ C : Lihat type B dan C
