ABSTRAK

Activiting Daily Living (ADL) adalah kegiatan rutin sehari-hari dalam

melakukan aktifitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan tuntutan hidup sehari-
hari. ADL meliputi antara lain : ke toilet, makan, berpakaian (berdandan), mandi,
dan berpindah tempat.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Kondisi Fisik
Kesehatan Dengan Kemandirian Lansia Dalam Pemenuhan Activiting Daily
Living (ADL) di Panti Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Kota Lubuklinggau Tahun
2014. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan
cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua penghuni Panti sosial tresna
werdha budi luhur kota Lubuklinggau yang berjumlah 38 orang.
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan responden dengan kondisi fisik sehat 27
orang (71,1%) , yang kondisi fisik tidak sehat 11 orang (28,9 %). Dan responden
dengan kemandirian baik 30 orang (78,9%), yang memiliki kemandirian dibantu
orang lain 8 orang (21,1%). responden yang dapat melakukan ADL mandiri 22
orang (57,9%) dan yang ADL dibantu sebagian 16 orang (42,1%). Dari hasil data
statistik Chi square dengan Fisher’s Exact Test kondisi fisik kesehatan lansia
diperoleh nilai p value = 1,000 > α = 0,05 sehingga tidak ada hubungan antara
kondisi fisik kesehatan dalam Pemenuhan ADL.Sedangkan untuk kemandirian
lansia diperoleh nilai p value =0,698 > α = 0,05 sehingga tidak ada hubungan
antara kondisi kesehatan lansia dalam Pemenuhan ADL.
Diharapkan dengan kondisi fisik kesehatan yang baik responden mampu
melakukan ADL secara mandiri,dan dapat menjalankan aktifitas dengan baik.

ABSTRAK
Activiting Daily Living (ADL) is a daily routine in conducting activities to
meet the needs and demands of everyday life. ADL include, among others: to the
toilet, eating, dressing (dressing up), shower, and change places.
The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between Physical Health
With Elderly Independence Fulfillment Activiting In Daily Living (ADL) in
Elderly Nursing Tresna Budi Luhur Lubuklinggau City Year 2014 Design of this
research uses descriptive cross sectional analytic approach. The study population
was all residents of the Elderly Social Homes tresna nobility Lubuklinggau city
totaling 38 people.
From the results of the study showed respondents with a healthy physical
condition of 27 persons (71.1%), which is unhealthy physical condition of 11
persons (28.9%). Respondents with both independence and 30 people (78.9%),
which has aided the independence of the other 8 (21.1%). respondents can
perform ADL independently 22 people (57.9%) and the ADL assisted in part 16
(42.1%). From the results of Chi-square statistic with Fisher's Exact Test physical
condition of health of the elderly obtained p value = 1.000> α = 0.05 so that
there is no relationship between the physical condition of health in the elderly
Fulfillment ADL.Sedangkan for independence obtained p value = 0.698> α =
0.05 so that there is no relationship between the health condition of the elderly in
ADL Fulfillment.
It is expected that the physical condition of good health respondents are
able to perform ADLs independently, and can run activities properly.
