Penelitian ini membahas tentang masalah membaca permulaan pada Siswa


Kelas I SD 3 Bacin Kudus. Kemampuan membaca permulaan merupakan
kemampuan dasar pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dan sekolah dasar (SD /MI)
merupakan satuan pendidikan yang memberikan kemampuan dasar tersebut
sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Bab II pasal 6 ayat 6 PP No. 19 tahun 2005
tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini
yakni Kualitatif Deskritif yang mana memaparkan dan menggambarkan hasil
penelitian yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini mendiskripsikan tentang masalah
membaca permulaan pada Siswa Kelas I SD 3 Bacin Kudus. Problem membaca
permulaan yang dialami oleh siswa kelas I SD 3 Bacin Kudus banyak dipengaruhi
Malas belajar membaca, Tidak Sekolah Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Kelurga tidak
mendampingi belajar siswa. Solusinya di terapkan guru adalah memeberikan
inovasi-inovasi baru dalam memebaca permulaan. mencoba menggunakan model
SQ4R dan modul pembelajaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini yang melalui observasi,
wawancara dengan Kepala sekolah, Guru kelas I dan Siswa kelas I SD 3 Bacin
Kudus bahwa secara umum dari 29 siswa SD 3 Bacin Kudus ada 18 siswa SD 3
Bacin Kudus kesulitan dalam membaca permulaan.

  This research discusses the problem of beginning reading in grade 1


students of SD 3 Bacin Kudus. The ability to read in the beginning is a basic
ability at the level of primary education and elementary school (SD / MI) is an
educational unit that provides these basic abilities as stated in Chapter II article 6
paragraph 6 PP No. 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards. The
method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative which describes and describes
the results of research conducted. This study describes the problem of beginning
reading in grade 1 students of SD 3 Bacin Kudus. The problem of beginning
reading experienced by students in grade 1 SD 3 Bacin Kudus was influenced by
lazy learning to read, No Kindergarten and Family Schools did not accompany
student learning. The solution applied by the teacher is to give new innovations in
reading the beginning. try to use the SQ4R model and learning module. The
results of this study through observation, interviews with school principals, class I
teachers and first grade students at SD 3 Bacin Kudus that in general of 29
students at SD 3 Bacin Kudus there were 18 students at SD 3 Bacin Kudus who
had difficulty reading in the beginning.
