1 Kanban is s small sign board that is the key control
tools for Just in Time (JIT) production
2 Kanban is a tool to achieve Just in Time (JIT) production
which supply the right parts,at the right time, in the right amount.

V.1. COLLECTING POST
Definition:
Collecting post is a post where kanban are collected
before going to next process at decided timing.
Purpose:
1. To collecting kanban.

V.2. WAITING POST
Definition:
Waiting Post is a post where kanban just arrived are
waiting in before going to the next process at the
designated time.
Purpose:
1. To Visualized all stagnation of information.
(Kanban/Order) <stagnation : unnecessary time>
2. To centralized order information in one place.
3. To pass kanban for next process at Just In Time.

V.3. HEIJUNKA POST
Definition:
A post to inform sold speed [leveled in quantity and kind].
Purpose:
1. To make leveled part order for the production process.
2. To give sold volume and part kind information
frequently.

V.4. LOT MAKING POST
Definition:
Lot making post is a post where kanban are waiting until
achieved lot size and then going to chuter production line.
Purpose:
To collecting kanban until achieved the lot size.

V.5. TEI-TEI POST
Definition:
Tei-tei post is a post that combine between fix period
and fix quantity (lot making).
Purpose: Figure/Image:
To manage production method
if production line have a
problem such as long time
preparation tooling (mold, dies),
long time dandori, many
parts/model have to produce in
one lines and also have
significant volume production
for each item.
IV.6. KEPPIN BOX
Definition:
Keppin box is a display / visualize the delay parts or
shortage when pulling time / process.
Purpose:
1. To Visualize the delay part/process or display
the problem.
2. As a reminder for the leader.

Definition:
Store is an area or rack to placing the products with
clear address, FIFO, and using kanban also.
Purpose:
To visualize the condition and capability of production
