Abstrak

Kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas hari demi hari semakin bertambah baik itu di
Indonesia maupun diseluruh dunia. Kecelakaan lalu lintas membuat kerugian harta benda
dan kerugian pada korban manusianya. Bahkan saat ini kecelakaan lalu lintas
menyumbang salah satu kejadian penyebab kematian terbesar manusia.. Salah satu
dampak bagi orang yang mengalami kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah fraktur atau patah
tulang. Penelitian inimerupakan literature review yang bahan penelitiannya diambil dari
jurnal dan artikel yang terkait dengan gambaran pasien fraktur ekstremitas atas dan
bawah pada kecelakaan lalu lintas, yang mencakup data umur, jenis kelamin, letak
ekstremitas yang mengalami fraktur dan lokasi tulang pada ekstremitas yang mengalami
fraktur, yang datanya diambil dari rekam medis tempat rumah sakit pasien dirawat,
dengan rentan waktu penerbitan 7 tahun terakhir dari tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2019.
Hasil dari literature review ini adalah didapatkan bahwa pasien berjenis kelamin laki-laki
merupakan korban terbanyak dibandingkan pasien berjenis kelamin perempuan dengan
rentang usia terbanyak yang menjadi korban adalah 19-25 tahun pada kecelakaan lalu
lints yang mengalami fraktur.Lalu untuk fraktur pada ekstremitas bawah lebih sering
terjadi pada pasien kecelakaan lalu lintas dibandingkan fraktur pada ekstremitas atas.
Untuk lokasi jenis tulang yang menglami frakturnya sendiri tersering didapatkan pada
fraktur ekstremitas bawah adalah pada tulang tibia dan fibula dan untuk fraktur pada
ekstremitas atas adalah pada tulang radius dan ulna. Lalu untuk korban yang mengalami
kecelakaan lalu lintas tersering adalah pengendara sepeda motor, kemudian pengendara
roda empat, dan pejalan kaki. Kasus fraktur ekstremitas bawah yang paling banyak terjadi
pada kecelakaan lalu lintas dengan tulang tibia dan fibula yang sering mengalami fraktur
dan terjadi paling banyak pada laki-laki usia produktif dengan korban terbanyak adalah
pengendara sepeda motor.

 Abstract
The incidence of traffic accidents is increasing day by day both in Indonesia and
throughout the world. Traffic accidents create property losses and losses to human
victims. Even now, traffic accidents contribute to one of the biggest causes of human
death. There are many factors that influence these traffic accidents, both the factors of
the roads traversed, the vehicles used, and the factors of negligence from humans. One of
the effects for people who have a traffic accident is a fracture or fracture. This research
is a literature review whose research material is taken from journals and articles related
to the description of patients with upper and lower limb fractures in traffic accidents,
which include data on age, gender, location of the fractured limb and bone location in
the affected limb. fractures, data taken from the medical records where the patient's
hospital was treated, with a vulnerable publication time of the last 7 years from 2012 to
2019. The results of this literature review show that male patients are the largest victims
with the largest age range who became victims were 19-25 years old in the last lints who
had fractures. Then for fractures of the lower extremities is more common in traffic
accident patients than fractures of the upper extremities. For the location of the type of
bone that has its own fracture, the most commonly seen fractures of the lower extremities
are the tibia and fibula and for fractures of the upper limbs are the radius and ulna
bones. Then for victims who experience traffic accidents, the most frequent are
motorcyclists, then four-wheeled riders, and pedestrians. The most common cases of
lower limb fracture in traffic accidents with the tibia and fibula most commonly fractured
in the lower extremities and for the upper extremities are the radius and ulna bones,
occurring mostly in men of productive age with most victims was motorcyclist.
