ABSTRAK
The Correlation Between Self Efficacy With Burnout A Nurse In RSUD Ungaran

ABSTRACT
Self efficacy is one’s belief about one’s ability to organizing, carrying out a task or
achieving goals in certain situations. Self efficacy is one of the factors that influence a person
experiencing in burnout.the purpose of this study to know the relationship between self
efficacy with burnout a nurse in RSUD Ungaran.
In this study use descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach. The
population in this study is 63 responden with proportional random sampling technique and
the instrument used questionnaire. Data analysis used Fisher Exact.
The result of this study showed thats mostly nurse had a high self efficacy as many as
38 people (60,3%) with moderate burnout as many as 32 people (50,8%) which were bigger
than low burnout as many as 14 people (22,2%). The result of statistical test using Fisher
Exact with p-value of 0,035. Because of 0,049 < α (0.05) it can be concluded that there is
correlation between self efficacy and burnout in RSUD Ungaran.
A Suggestion for nurses is to be able to improve self-efficacy that is owned so that
they are able to face the demands of work in order to prevent the occurrence of burnout.
