1. ANSWER THE NUMBER 1 : Capital flight affects the exchange rate when capital flows
rapidly out of the country, because something happens that causes investors to
suddenly lose confidence in their economy. In fact, the problem is not with the money
that goes out, but that the investor in general suddenly drops the valuation of all state
assets. This is especially worrying when the aviation capital becomes the property of its
own citizens. this is often associated with a sharp fall in the exchange rate of the
currency of the abandoned country.
Capital flight also affects exchange rates when the government raises interest rates to
make the local currency attractive to investors. The overall effect is an increase in
currency valuation. But rising interest rates also make imports expensive and increase
the overall costs of doing business. Another effect of higher interest rates is more
inflation.
2. ANSWER THE NUMBER 2 : GDP cannot accurately reflect the welfare of the
community because people tend to only control the labor factor, have limited access to
land factors, and have low control of capital. Conditions will be even worse if a country
fails to use its political power to direct its development priorities and strengthen the
socio-economic capacity of its people in facing globalization and liberalization. GDP
should not be used as a single indicator and should be combined with other indicators
for strategic planning of economic development.

3. ANSWER THE NUMBER 3 : The Marshall Plan is known as the European Recovery
Program, the US program that provided assistance to Western Europe after the
devastation of World War II. Theresult most significantof the Marshall Plan onthe
political side is in the form of US assistance through the Marshall Plan which made
Western Europe unnecessary to save money on people's welfare and this in turn
brought political stability. As a result, the influence of the communists in Western Europe
drastically decreased and the popularity of the communist party in several European
countries also declined. In addition, one of the objectives of the Marshall Plan is to stop
the spread of communism on the European continent.

4. ANSWER THE NUMBER 4 : A country's ability to raise its standard of living depends
almost entirely on its ability to increase its output per worker, that is, to produce more
goods and services for a number of hours worked. P inturn, is used to forecast business
cycles and predict future GDP growth rates. In addition, production capacity and
utilization are used to assess demand and inflationary pressures. Productivity is an
important factor in the production performance of companies and countries in a modern
economy. Increasing national productivity can increase living standards because more
real income increases people's ability to buy goods and services, enjoy recreation,
improve housing and education and contribute to social and environmental programs.
Productivity growth can also help businesses become more profitable.
