Provider yang telah resmi menjadi bagian dari PT XL AXIATA Tbk. melalui perjanjian akuisisi.
Dengan komitmen untuk selalu memberikan layanan informasi dan teknologi (IT) yang terbaik bagi
Indonesia, Hypernet hadir guna menjawab berbagai macam layanan informasi dan teknologi yang
sepenuhnya dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Pelanggan
Sebagai sebuah perusahaan Managed Service Provider, Hypernet menawarkan layanan penyediaan
serta pengelolaan sumber daya IT baik berupa perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras (software dan
hardware), beserta sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan ataupun dimiliki oleh pelanggan.

has officially became a part of XL AXIATA Tbk., through an acquisition agreement.
With a commitment to giving the best information and technology (IT) services in Indonesia,
Hypernet always strives to provide fully adjustable information and technology services to fit every
client’s needs.
As a Managed Service Provider company, Hypernet provides procurement and management of all
IT resources, including software and hardware as well as human resources.

SEJARAH PERUSAHAAN.
COMPANY MILESTONES.
2006 Hypernet bekerja sama dengan Universitas Bina Nusantara, Jakarta untuk membangun
infrastruktur jaringan layanan internet bagi lebih dari 2000 penghuni rumah kost di
sekitar daerah universitas.
Hypernet collaborated with Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta to build internet service
network infrastructure for more than 2000 residences of student hostel around the
campus.
2007 Hypernet resmi menjadi perusahaan berbadan hukum dengan nama PT Hipernet
Indodata pada tanggal 27 Januari 2007 sekaligus membuka kantor pusat di Jakarta
Barat.
2008 Hypernet memperoleh izin Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Nasional dari Depkom info
RI dengan nomor izin NO. 88/DIRJEN/2008 sekaligus bergabung dalam Asosiasi
Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII).
Pada tahun yang sama, Hypernet juga meluncurkan layanan internet broadband nirkabel
di wilayah Jabodetabek.
Hypernet obtained the Internet Service Provider license from the Indonesian Ministry
of Communication and Information with license number 88/DIRJEN/2008 as well as
joined the Association of Indonesian Internet Service Provider (APJII).
In the same year, Hypernet also launched wireless internet broadband service in
Jabodetabek.
2009 Hypernet memulai fokus ke segmen pelanggan korporasi dengan menambah layanan
internet fiber optic, VSAT, dan hosting data center dalam bidang usahanya.
Hypernet started to focus on the corporate business segment by adding fiber optic
internet service, VSAT, and hosting data center to its line of business.
2010
Hypernet membuka kantor cabang pertama di Bandung dengan menyediakan layanan
internet nirkabel sekaligus membangun infrastruktur jaringan di Bandung dan
sekitarnya.
Hypernet opened its first branch in Bandung by providing wireless internet service,
while also building network infrastructure around the city.

2012 Hypernet mendirikan anak perusahaan, PT Cablenet Fiber Data sebagai pemegang
izin nasional untuk jaringan fiber optic, serta mulai membangun infrastruktur jaringan
berbasis fiber optic di daerah Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Di tahun yang sama, Hypernet
meluncurkan solusi layanan untuk industri MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing,
Exhibitions) berbasis internet dan infrastruktur.
2013 Hypernet membuka kantor cabang baru di Bali dan Sumatera sekaligus meluncurkan
bentuk layanan internet khusus untuk industri hospitality. Hypernet juga terpilih
menjadi mitra penyedia internet resmi bagi Archipelago Group (Aston International).
Hypernet opened new branches in Bali and Sumatera and launched a customized
internet service for the hospitality industry. Hypernet was also chosen as the official
internet provider partner for Archipelago group (Aston International).
2014 Hypernet mendirikan anak perusahaan, PT Awan Integrasi Sandidata untuk layanan
solusi cloud, kemudian menjadi mitra Microsoft pertama dalam layanan Azure di
Indonesia.
Hypernet established a sister company, PT Awan Integrasi Sandidata for cloud solution
service, and became the first official partner for Microsoft Azure in Indonesia.
2015 Hypernet mengubah posisi dari Internet Service Provider (ISP) menjadi Managed
Service Provider (MSP) dengan berbagai solusi informasi dan teknologi untuk berbagai
sektor industri seperti edukasi, pemerintahan, perhotelan, kesehatan, ritel, dan
finansial.
Hypernet changed its business identity from Internet Service Provider to Managed
Service Provider providing various information and technology solutions across
industries, such as education, government, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and finance.
2016 Hypernet membuka kantor cabang baru di Semarang. Pada tahun yang sama, Hypernet
ditunjuk langsung sebagai Education Partner oleh Microsoft.
Hypernet opened a new branch in Semarang. In the same year, Hypernet was directly
appointed as Education Partner by Microsoft.
2017 Hypernet membuka kantor cabang di 5 wilayah Jakarta termasuk Cikarang dan
Tangerang untuk meningkatkan kecepatan respon layanan. Hypernet bekerja sama
dengan penyelenggara jaringan infrastruktur nasional untuk menyediakan layanan
fiber optic yang melewati lebih dari 100 kota di seluruh Indonesia.
Hypernet opened five new branches within Jakarta, including Cikarang and Tangerang
to improve customer service response. Hypernet collaborated with the national
infrastructure network providers in the provision of fiber optic service that covers more
than 100 cities across Indonesia.
Hypernet was accredited ISO/ IEC 20000: The International Standard of IT Management
Service (ITMS) and officially became Aruba Platinum Partner. In the same year, Hypernet
opened a new branch office in Makassar to accelerate business growth in Eastern
Indonesia.
Hypernet was accredited ISO/IEC 27001: The International Standard for Information
Security Management and received the Aruba Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) Managed
Service Provider Award.
In the same year, Hypernet also opened new branch office in Balikpapan and relocated
its Semarang branch.
Hypernet was accredited ISO/IEC 9001:2015 The International Standard for Quality
Management System.
For achievements, Hypernet has been awarded The Best Technology Partner Award
in South East Asia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong for SD-WAN technology in 2021. Moreover,
Hypernet also obtained the Top Digital Awards, naming the company as the Top Digital
Implementation 2021 and Sudianto Oei, the CEO of Hypernet, as the Top Leader on
Digital Implementation.

Bentuk layanan sambungan internet yang dikembangkan oleh Hypernet berbasis 6 model infrastruktur
jaringan, yaitu jaringan nirkabel, fiber optic, satelit, Closed User Group, SASE, dan SD-WAN.
Dengan 6 infrastruktur tersebut, Hypernet memiliki kapabilitas penuh untuk memberikan bentuk layanan

The internet connection service developed by Hypernet is based on six models of network infrastructures,
which are wireless network, fiber optic network, satellite network, Closed User Group network, SASE, and
SD-WAN.
With these 6 infrastructures, Hypernet has full capability to provide internet connection services which can
be fully modified and customized to suit user's needs, situation, and conditions.

Merupakan bentuk layanan sambungan internet untuk kebutuhan
kapasitas bandwidth besar dan berkecepatan tinggi dengan infrastruktur
fiber optic.
2 AIRIN
Merupakan bentuk layanan sambungan internet menggunakan media
radio fix nirkabel berbasis frekuensi 5Ghz dan modem 4G.
3 V-SAT
Merupakan bentuk layanan sambungan internet menggunakan media
satelit.
