kapasitas layanan informasi dan teknologi yang sepenuhnya dapat disesuaikan

Sebagai sebuah perusahaan Managed Service Provider, Hypernet


menawarkan layanan penyediaan serta pengelolaan sumber daya informasi
dan teknologi baik berupa perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras (software
and hardware), beserta sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan ataupun
dimiliki oleh pelanggan.

As a Managed Service Provider company, Hypernet offers provision services


as well as information resources and technology maintenance in the form
of software and hardware. Hypernet also provides the human resources for
maintenance service that are needed by the customers.

2006 Bekerja sama dengan Univeritas Bina Nusantara di Jakarta


untuk membangun infrastruktur jaringan layanan internet bagi
2000 lebih penghuni rumah kost disekitar daerah universitas.
Partnership with Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta to build an
internet service network infrastructure for more than 2000
residence of student hostel around the campus.

2007 Hypernet resmi menjadi perusahaan berbadan hukum dengan


nama PT. Hipernet Indodata pada tanggal 27 Januari 2007
sekaligus membuka kantor pusat di Jakarta Barat.
Hypernet officially become a LLC with the name PT. Hipernet
Indodata that is established on 27th January 2007, and also
established the headquarters in West Jakarta.

2008 Memperoleh izin Penyelenggaraan Jasa Internet Nasional dari


Depkominfo RI dengan nomor izin NO. 88/DIRJEN/2008 dan
bergabung dalam Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet
Indonesia (APJII) sekaligus meluncurkan layanan broadband
internet wireless (internet tanpa kabel) di wilayah Jabodetabek.
Obtaining the license for internet service provider from the
Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information with the
license number 88/DIRJEN/2008 and joined the Association of
Indonesian Internet Service Provider (APJII) while also launching
the wireless internet broadband in Jabodetabek.

2009 Hypernet memulai fokus ke segmen pelanggan korporasi dengan


menambah layanan internet fiber optic, VSAT dan hosting data
center.
Hypernet starts to focus on the corporate business segment
while adding the fiber optic internet service, VSAT, and hosting
data center.
2010 Hypernet membuka kantor cabang pertama dengan layanan
internet wireless dan membangun infrastruktur jaringan di
Bandung dan sekitarnya.
Hypernet opens their first branch in Bandung and establised the
wireless internet service while also building network
infrastructure around the city.

2011 Hypernet membuka layanan internet residential khusus


apartemen dengan nama brand MyLink, sekaligus membuka
kantor cabang baru di Surabaya.
Hypernet launchs a residential internet service for apartments
with the brand MyLink, as well as opening their new branch in
Surabaya.

2012 Mendirikan anak perusahaan, PT. Cablenet Fiber Data sebagai


pemegang izin nasional untuk jaringan fiber optic, serta mulai
membangun infrastruktur jaringan berbasis fiber optic di daerah
Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Ditahun yang bersamaan Hypernet
meluncurkan bentuk layanan solusi untuk industri meetings,
incentives, conferencing, exhibitions (MICE) berbasis internet dan
infrastruktur.
Establishing a subsidiary company, PT. Cablenet Fiber Data as
the national license holder for fiber optic network, while also
building the fiber optic based infrastructure around Jabodetabek
area. In the same year, Hypernet launches a form of solution
service for Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing, and Exhibitions
(MICE) industry that is based on internet and infrastructure.

2013 Membuka kantor cabang baru di Bali dan Sumatera sekaligus


meluncurkan bentuk layanan internet khusus untuk industri
hospitality, serta terpilih menjadi official internet partner bagi
Archipelago Group (Aston International).
Opens a new branch in Bali and Sumatera while also launch
another form of specialized internet service for hospitality
industry. Also Hypernet is also chosen as the official internet
partner for Archipelago group (Aston International).

2014 Mendirikan anak perusahaan PT. Awan Integrasi Sandidata


untuk layanan cloud solution, kemudian menjadi mitra Microsoft
pertama dalam layanan Azure di Indonesia.
Established a sister company, PT. Awan Integrasi Sandidata for
cloud solution service, and become the first official partner for
Microsoft Azure in Indonesia.
2015 Mengubah posisi ISP menjadi Managed Service Provider (MSP)
dengan berbagai solusi dalam informasi dan teknologi serta
membuka layanan diberbagai industri lain seperti Education,
Government, Hospitality, Healthcare, Finance, Retail.
Changed their direction from Internet Service Provider to
Managed Service Provider with various solutions in information
and technology as well as opening other services in various
industries, such as Education, Government, Hospitality, Healthcare,
Finance, and Retail.

2016 Hypernet membuka kantor cabang baru di Semarang. Pada


tahun yang bersamaan Hypernet ditunjuk langsung sebagai
Education Partner dari Microsoft dan di akhir tahun 2016,
Hypernet telah melayani lebih dari 2,500 pelanggan korporasi di
berbagai wilayah Indonesia.
Hypernet opens a new branch in Semarang. In the same year,
Hypernet was directly appointed as Education Partner from
Microsoft. Furthermore, Hypernet has served more than 2,500
corporation clients in Indonesia.

2017 Hypernet membuka kantor cabang area di 5 wilayah Jakarta


termasuk Cikarang dan Tangerang untuk meningkatkan
kecepatan tanggap pelayanan. Hypernet bekerja sama dengan
penyelenggara jaringan infrastruktur nasional untuk
menyediakan layanan Fiber Optic yang melewati lebih dari 100
kota di seluruh Indonesia.
Hypernet opens 5 new branches around Jakarta, such as
Cikarang and Tangerang for increasing the customer service
response speed. Hypernet cooperates with the national
infrastructure network providers to provide fiber optic service
that covers more than 100 cities in Indonesia.

2018
Hypernet menjadi partner Aruba managed service pertama di
Indonesia.
Hypernet became the first Aruba managed service partner in
Indonesia.

2019 Hypernet mendapatkan akreditasi ISO/IEC 20000: Standard


Internasional Manajemen Servis untuk manajemen IT (ITSM).
Hypernet juga membuka cabang baru di kota Makassar di tahun
ini dengan tujuan mengembangkan bisnis nya di wilayah
Indonesia bagian timur.
Hypernet gets accreditation ISO / IEC 20000: The International
Standard for Service Management for IT management (ITMS).
Hypernet opens its new branch at Makassar as well this year

Realizing that Indonesian business stakeholders needs an optimal internet
service to cope up with the global industry development. Hypernet develops
a form of internet connection services of which it can be modified to suit the
user's needs. Hypernet internet connectivity service is fully customizeable.
Bentuk layanan sambungan internet yang dikembangkan oleh Hypernet berbasis 3 model
infrastruktur jaringan, yaitu jaringan nirkabel, jaringan fiber optic serta jaringan satelit.
Dengan 3 infrastruktur tersebut, Hypernet leluasa dalam memberikan bentuk pelayanan
sambungan internet yang sepenuhnya dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, situasi, dan
kondisi pengguna.

The form of internet connection which developed by Hypernet is based on three models of
network infrastructures. Those three infrastructures are wireless network, fiber optic
network, and satellite network. With these 3 infrastructures, Hypernet has the capability to
provide an internet connection service which can be fully modified and customized in order
to suit the user's needs, situation, and conditions.

As Hypernet strives to improve the value of its information and technology


services for the customers, Hypernet develops various forms of wifi which
were designed to handle various kind of works on a single device. The wifi
as a service is developed to give an efficient IT service for its users.
