Dengan hormat,
Sehubungan dengan permintaan penawaran harga, bersama ini kami sampaikan pricelist harga pengadaan
dengan spesifikasi produk sebagai berikut:

Kondisi Penawaran sebagai berikut :

1) Harga ditas belum termasuk PPN 10%
2) Harga satuan produk diatas sudah termasuk : Pengadaan material dan pengiriman s.d lokasi proyek
(FOT), selama 60 menit sejak truk tiba dilokasi proyek
3) Harga diatas tidak termasuk : Penurunan di lokasi proyek, Pekerjaan Pemancangan, Mob demob alat,
Pengelasan, PDA Test, dan Loading Test, Fee 8i Biaya koordinasi dengan mainkon
4) Biaya Pengetesan (Beton, Besi, Strand ) di lab Independent menjadi tanggung jawab main kontraktor.
5) Pelaksanaan produksi dimulai setelah :
a. Diterimanya pembayaran uang muka
b. Diterimanya shop drawing yang telah disetujui oleh pihak-pihak terkait.
6) Persyaratan pembayaran :
a. Pembayaran uang muka sebesar 30% dari total nilai kontrak, diterima paling lambat 7 (tujuh) hari
setelah kwitansi diterima
b. Barang yang sudah diproduksi dan sebelum dikirim diprogresskan sebesar 80% dari harga satuan
kontrak dan dapat ditagihkan.
c. Barang yang sudah terkirim di proyek diprogresskan sebesar 100% dari harga satuan kontrak dan
dapat ditagihkan, realisasi pembayaran 14 hari setelah kwitansi diterima.
7) Harga diatas sesuai standar dimensi dan spesifikasi PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia.
8) Harga satuan diatas berlaku sampai dengan 30 Hari, atau jika tidak ada kenaikan harga bahan baku
(semen, pasir, split, strand dan besi beton) dan bahan bakar (BBM).
