different approaches, but somehow move in unison. Guess
opposites do attract, eh?

We naturally bring that same energy to our designs. Design


is about solving problems, measuring every aspect, and
see things from a different angle. It’s not merely about
designer’s idealism, but also the considerable values
of economic efficiency, environmental sustainability,
contemporary standards, and cultural existence.

We are not attached to a certain style of design because


each project and each client is unique. Distinct problems
undoubtedly require specific solutions. In the end, it’s all
about fulfilling clients’ needs by undertaking continuous
exploration, intensive brainstorming, and detailed

BAGUS MARDOYO

As founder/principal architect, Bagus Mardoyo possesses diverse


experience working on various local and overseas projects. Having
returned from successful employment in Bali and Singapore, he
established TEALIMA Studio in 2010.

Bagus graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia, with


a degree in Architecture. He is an automotive enthusiast, avid mountain
biker, and a BBQ pitmaster during his spare time. Currently, he is an
active member of IAI as the Head of Building Regulation Department.

FAUZAN EFFENDI

Graduated from The Islamic University of Indonesia, Fauzan has more


than 10 years of experience in the field of architecture and planning.
He has handled various projects from residences to commercials like
apartment buildings, hotels, offices, and mixed-use development.

His career as an architect naturally began since he joined Anggara


Architeam as a design concept coordinator. In his career, he also had
worked at Waskita Karya Realty (state-owned developer company) as a
concept design and planning manager.

In 2019, he joined TEALIMA as a partner/principal architect.
