Perkenalkan nama saya Ilham Saputra, dari Universitas Lampung dengan jurusan Teknik Mesin. Saya

Pada bulan September tahun 2020 saya telah bekerja sebagai Unit Head Production, per Januari tahun
2021 saya dipromosikan sebagai Section Head Technical Competency Development di PT. Tirta
Fresindo Jaya (Mayora Group) dimana saya percaya bahwa hal tersebut memenuhi skill dan role yang
sedang dibutuhkan.

Selama bekerja, saya bertanggung jawab untuk memanage dan memimpin team untuk mencapai
achievment yang sudah ditentukan sesuai dengan target setting, selain itu saya juga sebagai SH TCD
bertanggung jawab untuk menganalisa kebutuhan training karyawan untuk melakukan pemenuhan
kompetensi serta mengevaluasi kompetensi karyawan sesuai dengan matrixnya.

Posisi ini memberikan saya pelajaran bahwa pentingnya management waktu, kerjasama team,
kemampuan beradaptasi, fast learning serta kemampuan untuk menganalisa suatu masalah.

Saya yakin bahwa banyak lamaran yang masuk, bagaimanapun saya percaya bahwa motivasi serta
