PERJANJIAN KERJA WAKTU TERTENTU

Pada hari ini senin 3 April 2023, kami yang bertanda tangan di bawah ini:
PT. Indonesia Evergreeen Agriculture (selanjutnya disebut “Perusahaan”), suatu badan hukum
perseroan yang berkedudukan di Lampung yang dalam hal ini diwakili oleh:

Bertindak untuk dan atas nama perusahaan, selanjutnya dalam hal ini disebut pihak pertama
(pengusaha);
Nama : G. Reyvera
Alamat : Medan
selanjutnya dalam hal ini disebut pihak kedua (karyawan)
Para pihak dalam hal ini setuju dan sepakat untuk terikat dalam perjanjian kerja tertentu, terhitung
sejak 3 April 2023 sampai dengan 2 Agustus 2023 dengan syarat2 dan ketentuan sebagai berikut.
Pasal I
Jabatan dan Penugasan
1. Pihak pertama dengan ini menunjuk dan menugaskan pihak kedua di kantor PT. Indonesia
Evergreeen Agriculture, dengan jabatan sebagai staf administrasi Gudang Pakan berkedudukan di
Medan, Sumatera Utara.
2. Apabila dibutuhkan, pihak kedua dapat ditugaskan baik sementara maupun tetap di seluruh
afiliasi PT. Indonesia Evergreeen Agriculture untuk posisi sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
3. Berakhirnya masa kontrak akan diinformasikan oleh departemen sumber daya kepada pihak
kedua berdasarkan evaluasi kinerja dengan sepengetahuan yang dibuat oleh departemen terkait.
 SPECIFIC TIME WORK AGREEMENT

On this day Monday 3 April 2023, we, the undersigned:

PT Indonesia Evergreen Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), a company legal entity domiciled
in Lampung which in this case is represented by:

Department : President director

Acting for and on behalf of the company, hereinafter referred to as the first party (businessman);

Name : G. Revvera

Address : Medan

hereinafter referred to as the second party (employee).

The parties in this matter agree to be bound by a certain work agreement, effective from April 3, 2023 to August 2,
2023 with the following terms and conditions.

Department and Assignment

1. The first party hereby appoints and assigns the second party to the office of PT. Indonesia Evergreen
Agriculture, with the position of administrative staff of the Feed Warehouse domiciled in Medan, North Sumatra.

2. If needed, the second party can be assigned either temporarily or permanently in all affiliated PT. Indonesia
Evergreen Agriculture for a position according to company needs.

3. The end of the contract period will be informed by the resource department to the second party based on a
performance evaluation with the knowledge made by the relevant department.
