Rainbow often appears after the rain stops. Rainbow consists of a big (1) ... spectrum and
happens from water (2) ... which reflected parallel because of the light of the sun. When the sun
is (3) ... and the light passing through water droplets, we can see a reflection because of a wide
variety of colors. The light passes and (4) ... like a light passing through a prism mirror.
Rainbow happen to (5) ... when the sunlight passing through the raindrops. The light is deflected
to the center of the droplets. The white light is separated from each other into a (6) ... of colors.
The colors that have been (7) ... then separate again into very small portions. There is more light
separated from each other in the droplets. Finally those colors form a (8) ... curve called rainbow.
On the ground, we only see a maximum of a half circle rainbow. Because rainbow created
(9) ... distance with water droplets, the rainbow always move to follow the movement of anyone
who seen it. It makes our (10) ... with rainbow constant, in other word we could never approach
the rainbow.

General
Statement These are three possible reasons why deserts remain dry. These are high
mountain barrier, cold ocean currents and high-pressure systems.
Sequence of
Logical Reasons Mountain Barriers
When warm air passes over the ocean it picks up moisture in the form of water
vapor. As this moist air travels over mountain ranges. When begins to rise, the air cools
and this causes the water vapor to condense into droplets which fall as rain. When the
air reaches the other side of the mountain barrier, it has lost all its moisture and so the
other side of the mountain remains dry.

Logical Reasons Cold Ocean Currents
Air passing over cold ocean currents is cooled and therefore is unable to pick up
and hold much moisture. When this cold air mass reaches the warm desert, any
moisture in the air is evaporated and so does not fall as rain and so the desert remains
dry.

Sequence of High Pressure Systems


Logical Reasons In a high-pressure system, the air is dry and is moving downwards. As this system
moves over the land it draws in moisture from the land surface. Consequently, the
moisture does not fall as rain and so the desert remains dry.

General
Statement Rain is drop of water falling from the clouds in the sky. It is a
natural phenomenon that happens every year. The rain is formed
through several steps of process including rivers, seas, sun and
cloud.
