GENERAL REQUIREMENT / Persyaratan Umum

Step 1. All portable electrical equipment must be recorded on the checklist/ Seluruh peralatan elektrik portable harus dicatat di ceklist
Step 2. Check the equipment according to the checklist below/ Periksa peralatan sesuai dengan ceklist dibawah
- Is electric cable in good condition (not damaged or frayed)./ Apakah kabel lsitrik dalam kondisi baik (tidak rusak atau
berjumbai)
- Are the connections tight at the plug/ Apakah penyambung terpasang erat pada steker
- No physical damage / Tidak ada kerusakkan fisik
- Do the switches on the machine operate effectively?/ Apakah tombol pada mesin beroperasi dengan efektif?

- Has the item been registered/ Sudahkah item tersebut telah diregisterkan?
- Are the guards in place (where applicable)./ Apakah pelindung berada ditempatnya (telah diterapkan)
- Is the safety switch/trigger operable?/ Apakah tombol/ tigger bisa beroperasi?
- Is the switch guarded (where applicable)?/ Apakah Tombol telah terlindungi (jika bisa diterapkan)
Step 3. For any equipment that is substandard, remove it from operation and inform relevant superintendent/ Untuk setiap peralatan yang
tidak memenuhi standard. Keluarkan dari operasi dan informasikan dengan superintendent terkait
Step 4. Note down the substandard item on the action list attached and follow up/ Catat item yang dibawah standar pada list, lampirkan
dan follow up
