a. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian

c. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian
d. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara kualitas produk, kualitas
pelayanan, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian
5. Hipotesis
HO1 = Diduga kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian
Ha1 = Diduga kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian
HO4 = Diduga kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan promosi secara bersama-sama
tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian
Ha4 = Diduga kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap
keputusan pembelian
