Riwayat penyakit sekarang

• Pasien dibawa ke RS oleh orangtuanya, dengan keluhan bercak di

dada dan lengan kanan. Bercak sudah ada sejak lahir, awalnya
berwarna merah dan lebih kecil kemudian semakin lama semakin
melebar dan berwarna gelap. Bercak juga semakin menebal. Anak
kadang menggaruk-garuk daerah dengan bercak.

• Wanita lebih sering terkena
daripada laki- laki, terutama
mengenai daerah badan.
• Biasanya sembuh sendiri
dalam beberapa bulan sampai
2 tahun.
Incontinentia pigmenti stadium verukosa

• dikenal dengan Bloch-Sulzberger

syndrome
• merupakan kasus yg jarang
• diturunkan secara X-linked
• sering bersamaan dg kelainan pd mata,
gigi & sistem saraf pusat
• memiliki 4 stadium: vesikuler, verukosa,
hiperpigmentasi & hipopigmentasi
Psoriasis linier

• bentuk psoriasis yg sangat

jarang ditemukan.
• Lesi biasanya linier, ditandai
makula eritematosa, fenomena
koebner, skuama tebal dan
fenomena karsvlek.
